i feel they wont ask for it, until one of us gets a thcv strain done, and pass around! once it has been passed around and tasted/ tested, the need should grow. i think ppl. love thcv but dont know it. skunk 1 has it from the south american side. cookies has it from the durb, and the triangle. ppl are loving these certain strains, and have no idea thcv is partially responsible, if not mostly responsible, for the reason they love it

Charlottes web crosses...
Anyone know of any recommended breeders?
I am intetested in Dynasty Genetics and Prof P's relic seeds. tough to choose between their crosses. I have read the Hx and ad blurb but any insight would be appreciated.

before i decided to use landraces, i was just gonna use jack the ripper, moby dick, and triangle kush. still cant find black beauty/pineapple purps. found it on lady seeds, but website is dead end. no purchase option.

and dougs varin is pretty much not available. have to fly to isreal to pick it up! lol

I have emailed a spanish seed breeder (elite seeds) as they had Novarine thcv on the market now OOS. Also DM'd a very nice breeder on ig to ask if any alternative to pineapple purps is available.
Would a well worked african landrace IBL (DP for instance) not have a greater chance of higher Thcv than creating your own hybrid?

The breeder has no info on strains good for thcv.
Elite seeds responded by saying they will be releasing more novarine seeds but gave no date. A review on seedsman claims the high thcv strain are never available.

Dr Ethan Russo was employed by GW Pharmaceutical during the Sativex trials. Now making a living explaining the medicinal benefits of cannabinoids. Dudes wrote a bunch of books and got a few good you tube videos.
I am unable to get the link to work so if your interested just Google his name you'll see it, its 33min long. As well as books and prob a T-shirt or 2 I've now doubt.

not a big fan of gw. they isolate cannabinoids completly labtatory style. they are ignoring the entorage effect. whole plant form is where its at for me. i think when they are isolated, they are removing some medicinal value. sure we are trying to breed for thcv, but without thc at all, or any of the other 200 and some cannbinoids this plant contains, we are setting ouselvez up for failure.

I decided to buy 2 strains of Relic Seeds new line because it is Prof P's personal outfit with a solid plan.
1: preservation of classic strains
2: development of CBD strains (prof p been an important figure in Dynasty genetics fir 20 years)

3: High Terpene strains packed with flavour and medium thc% and Cbd (to enable me to function during work hours of course!)
I went for:

Grapefruit Web V1
Charlotte’s Web x Grapefruit Web F2 (Sow-Low farms)
Thc 7-8% - Cbd 7-8% Terpenes 2-4%

Charlotte's Gift
(Charlotte's Web x Ringo's Gift) - Thc .3- .6% and CBD 10% to 15%

2 of each germinated fine all in 1L pots at present.

High hopes that the crosses will work as individuals strain testing thus far are showing promise. The market needs to take a look at this super weed THCV varieties, it will mess u up if desired but it’s for the daytime user that has 30mins of “high life” !! THCV is going to the the next cbd!

Fantastic work Jack she's a real looker too! Without picking ur brains are there any no-no's or defo's when growong a Thva strain?

Off topic... I am looking at a few home cannabinoid testing kits (Got a few cbd strains) to back up any 1st hand intuitive results.
Any recommendation on a reliable one?

They grow the same as any other plant. I seen better resulted if I add 3 hrs of uv light to the 12 on side towards the last 3 weeks. But otherwise it’s just like any other mj plant

wow! six percent! smoke report!! so far , black willie, and durban by seeds of africa, and pakistani peshawar by bodhi were all fast, clear, and up, up! but not real high thc.....yet! lol malawi is on the list!! am excited about this strain!!

so check your internodal! so og kush, triangle, cookie....maybe this isnt just a sativa feature, but maybe from having a certain amount kf a certain cannabinoid? like thcv!
