Question? How does the blumat system work outdoors? We're trying to figure out a watering system that can preform 2-3 weeks at a time without supervision? Do you think think they will perform?

Rondiggitydon.

The Blumat system was designed for outdoor plants yo. If all you're feeding them is water you can go weeks if your reservoir is big enough.

I'm going to be setting up some Blumats outdoors for the vegetable garden this year. Raging tomatoes and squash to keep the diet posh.

what did you decide on running in the UC.... what system did you end up picking up?

Leaning heavily towards Tangerine OG, waiting a few more days to see if they're going to bulk up under the LEP. Plucked a grocery bag full of fan leaves off is why I took the pics.

That's a UC12XL with 8 gallon buckets. Will give CC's new line of nutrient a try and see what it do.

Thanks BG. Tangerine it is then, been a while since I've had a taste. That last candy shot is of the GK at 9 weeks, decided to take them 10 weeks this go around to see if I can actually become one with the couch. Knockout!

Thanks Devlove. Those be the mums. I'm a cheap ass and feed them DM Gold Bloom as well, haven't bought a veg specific nutrient in over a year. Can't argue with the science or results these lights give, best thing to come along for the indoor scene in a long time.

We'll see how the GK yield in about 2 weeks, they get chopped and laid out on the dry rack in a week. Let's root for 2+ without CO2 as the benchmark. Would be nice, I could do the 3 Gavita Pro 1k lights above the UC without having to do a run with the Blockbusters beforehand.

Haven't changed their feed, yet they look a lot healthier and greener. A couple more days makes a week, they've probably grown over 6" already.

To get that kind of performance and no heat is definitely an evolution for indoor lighting. I hope they come down in price in the future as at ~$1350 after taxes it's inaccessible for a lot of people. Already craving another to have side by side this one in a 4x8' tent for the primo non-stop veg action.

So tonight makes 1 week under the LEP and the Grape Krush mom has grown just shy of 1', now standing 50" tall including the pot. As far as branches that could be cloned, well, I didn't stay in school long enough to learn how to count that high.

I think a picture will say more. *Stumbles off with a camera and lighter in one hand, a jar of weed and pipe in the other.*

NO Heat?

I run 10kw in flower with air cooled hoods, you tellin me I can throw away all that duct (maintain exhausts) and beam 10 of these babies on with less heat?

Are bulbs included? If not, where and how much are they?


Where do I sign again??

No heat from the 300w Plasma.

The Pro 1kw still throw off heat. The air coming out of the tent isn't very warm though and I still heat my place around the clock with the cool CO weather.

Bulbs are included with the Pro 1kw and still have 95% of the output a year later. The complete unit is about $600 retail and a double-ended bulb is close to $170.

I know that I'm retarded but can you explain again why I can't use the remote gavita 1000w in a aircooled hood? Can I hang them vertically? This double ended thing has me confused......werd
