with this line of work ive noticed u get what you pay for. sure you can get cheap chinese ballast but they blow so many fcking fuses and dont do high output bulbs... every bit you save you cost yourself. go quality the first time so its the only time.

i would just get a 25 liter dehumidifier and toss er in there and put it on a timer that only comes on when the lights are off...provides a little much needed warmth and keeps humidity down and helps with air movement...it may run $150 but if humidity ruins your medicine and then you have to purchase cuz you ran out $150 seems cheap in comparison...Just remember to empty the bucket every lights on..
