what is your medium? you say soilless. I'm thinking your ph may be a bit high, but on top of that you have some funky growth going on. Aside from the 2 tip leaf, its already firing off branches where it shouldnt be at the first leaf set. very odd. probably should just toss it, awful genetics

Just this year I had a similar seedling, a 707 headband. As soon as I topped it, it started growing and is now a 7 foot beauty. No problem.
