The increased plant count didn't help with getting it dismissed? Also, the rule is 6 plants per 21yr adult or red card holder. Was the school location a factor? I thought you could grow next to a school as long as not a business and out of sight. And you can grow 6 med and 6 rec plants with a red card, according to the authors of A64. Way to step up Chickenman. :D

Red Card expired, was before 64, so no rec.
Just glad it's over and we can soon get baked.....1 tiny start and 6 plants, what a joke.
Kid is just plain awesome. will do the world good.
We are gifting him our farm after we die, he will keep our sprit alive, may not farm as much, as he will be real busy with what he ends up doing.
He will be working on his PHD in outdoor biology and mathematics, after graduating this year straight A super smart...
The one time be got a b plus he went to class did no homework still got b plus....

Sucks to hear that the charge was not dropped. Can you mention what part of the state has such asshats working for the govt? Would be good to know where to avoid chance encounter. COS is not allowing rec last I heard, caught a few minutes of a public hearing and saw a few real bad actors, people who seem to feel the need to control others, as if they were born to rule. Funny how their military service grants them special rights, but the vets with PTSD should not be given what they need to maintain sanity and health.

Gunnison county.....

Instead of skiing Crusty Butt, there are other choices, places with less assholes wearing badges. Taking my business elsewhere. Thanks for helping the kid out. Karma works.

Glad he kinda got off, what a bunch of heartless people in that DA office... support Ban the Box!

Ban the box is the name of an international campaign by civil rights groups and advocates for ex-offenders, aimed at persuading employers to remove from their hiring applications the check box that asks if applicants have acriminal record. Its purpose is to enable ex-offenders to display their qualifications in the hiring process before being asked about their criminal records. The premise of the campaign is that anything that makes it harder for ex-offenders to find a job makes it likelier that they will re-offend, which is bad for society.

The campaign has been criticized by U.S. industry group the National Retail Federation for exposing companies, their customers and employees to potential crime,[1] and by the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, which says it could expose employers to lawsuits from unsuccessful applicants.[2]

The campaign began in Hawaii in the late 1990s, and has gained strength in other U.S. states following the 2007-2009 recession. Its advocates say it is necessary because a growing number of Americans have criminal records due to tougher sentencing laws particularly for drug crimes,[3] and are having difficulty finding work because of high unemployment and a rise in background checks that followed the September 11 terror attacks on the United States.[4]

As of October 2013, 52 U.S. municipalities and 10 states had in place legislation that "banned the box" for government job applications and also in some cases those of their private contractors. Many such ordinances exempt applications for "sensitive" positions, such as those involving work with children.[5] Target Corporation "banned the box" in October 2013.[6]

In the United Kingdom, corporate social responsibility advocacy charity Business in the Community launched a "ban the box" campaign in October 2013.[7]

So my intern/friend who is a senior in college, straight As s wildlife and math major gets pulled over by state patrol for no seat belt. They run a check and turns out they have a warrant for felony cultivation from 2011.
Bailed out for $300.00.
Apparently in 2011 cops came to his house on an alarm or something and found 6 plants, his med card had expired day before.
They left did not take plants. Yesterday arrested, could get kicked out of school for this seems very odd....
LEO's and DA's refuse to give up on easy scan it in and out MJ busts/charges/harassment by Law Enforcement Agency's "snatch and grab, then scan it in" Mini Mart business in bully policing tactics and maintaining high arrest counts to keep the money and their budgets expanding along with militarizing police with heavy weapons and armored vehicles. Law Enforcement is a business and they can't stand it and arrogantly disregard when told they can no longer put certain items in their carts and scan them out at the counter....they just do it anyway because they have no more respect for law and democracy than any other gangs in uniform and the whole justice system is a business, money and revenue enhancement, maintaining revolving doors in the prison systems and the jobs and economies that depend on those pushed through those revolving doors to validate current budgets or getting a larger budget, all about money, nothing to do with justice, crime, and punishment. Cops are just urban or town enforcers. They just shot another homeless mentally ill guy for throwing rocks at them.....too many fucking brutal. violence prone dispassionate uncompassionate, unfit swine put in uniform allowed to have a badge, assault weapons, with far to much power over ordinary citizens. My old mans opinion.

License expired.
felony charges
Plea-bargaining
lawyers making 5k per day

Definitely sounds like NAZI Germany.

Where does this country come off criticizing other countries on human rights?
