I ordered from there a couple months ago. I ordered rooted cuts of Gushers, GG4, and TK. I got TK, GG4 and Orange Peel, since I guess Gushers took too long to root. The next week, I got rooted cuts of Gushers, Zkittlez, and Tropical Runtz. So, the OP, Z, and Runtz were freebies.

Growing them out now, except for the Trop Runtz. I'm seeing some weird 3 leaf fans on the up-potted clones of the GG4, TK and Gushers. Will report back after I flip and update. No signs of any other bugs, etc so far. I just registered to leave this comment since I haven't seen theclonebank mentioned anywhere else yet as far as ratings go.
How did they turn out??? Bought from mg1brands, and sent mold infected clones that developed stem cankers in 4 days. He had stripped off three set of lower leaves, since they died. Obvious sign of fusarium or pythium killing from root zone up.

Hi 👋 the community

New account but not New here. Thanks for having back

I'm trying to get back to growing a few after a lil break. I was going to buy some street buds but where i'm based it's so hard to get anything that stick and stink.

I would like to start with cuts instead of beans. Anyone knows if "the clone bank.com" is this a legit place?

I leave with this one, before the cookie candy cream gas terps where the hype...Thanks to Logic and the farm
Who remember this one ? The Kraken ! I got those beans from hear a longtime ago... View attachment 2056486

NO ! The real clone bank is @theclonebankusa , the one you’re talking about is an amateur drop shipper who copied the real guy , unlike the real guy who phenohunt la everything himself the clonebank you’re talking about sells terrible clones for less than $99.

I'm not saying anything positive about ANY clone seller, as I've never used any of them. But this post seems sus to me.

A quick Google search didn't pull up ANY site called "theclonebankusa," I only looked it up because I thought that it was strange that you didn't post a link directing potential customers there yourself. It brought up a bunch of other clone banks from around the world, just not the one that you specified.

In fact, when I forced Google to search EXACTLY for "theclonebankusa" the ONLY result was for the post to which I have replied.
Real sleazy clone seller market these days. Placed 4 orders in 2 months that had stem canker on all plants, so guaranteed to die. First 2 were seed canary and strainly, and they knew they were selling infected crap, since on verge of dying, and had removed 3 or 4 lower layers of leaves that had died. The other 2 had initial signs on delivery, and crapped out a few weeks later.

Big issue since most sellers guarantee they will arrive alive, but no guarantee 24 hours later and could have Fusarium, Pythium, and/or HLVD, although so can seeds. 30% chance of infected parents passing disease to seeds.

Has anyone tried mg1brands or getseedsrighthere??? MG1 pushes snips over clones, and starts every ad with no guarantee, which makes me think he gets many complaints.
It's not just clones/seeds that are suffering these issues. Weed in America sits in a grey market from the legal standpoint. Some states yes, some no, the feds still saying no. It has made the weed market, and its derivatives, the wild west. Counterfeit products, poor quality control, and greed are rampant in the industry.

I'm far more familiar with the counterfeit products than I am with growing supplies since I'm a new grower. But the last time that I looked, the "Glo" vape cartridges company had 7 "official" websites all going to different places, with different information, products, and lab reports. How is anybody supposed to be able to sort out all of the bullshit from the reliable companies?

Most people don't pay a lot of attention to news coming out of the Middle East. But for people that do, usually a few times a year, there is a story about how someone's tainted "bathtub gin" sickened or killed dozens or even hundreds of people. I reckon that it's only a matter of time until some tainted concoction being sold in weed's grey market will have similar results. Sure, weed is ostensibly safe. But depending on growing conditions, storage conditions, and the processing/use of other chemicals make the potential for creating a toxic product becomes far easier.

And, as long as the "THIS IS A NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENT, THE OPIONS HERE HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED OR VERIFIED BY THE FDA" warning label exists, people take the risks upon themselves entirely. It's good that forums like this exist for people to give each other a heads-up, but until stable and uniform quality control standards are set up, the problems will only get worse as more and more unscrupulous people try to get their share of this multi-billion $$$ industry gets up and running.

And the term, buyer beware, has always been, and always will be, applicable to all transactions! Nobody is forced to hit that buy button.

True. But when government rules and regulations are the very reason that the quality of a product are unsafe, or have the potential to become unsafe; then that government becomes complicit in whatever happens.

As prohibition (should have) taught us, you can't legislate morality. And America was built from the blood, sweat, and tears of cannabis, opium, cocaine, heroin, and alcohol users. That's not even a joke. Until the tax stamp act of 1915, or whenever it was actually instituted, anybody could walk into any pharmacy and walk out with ANY of the above mentioned substances or their derivative products.

Since that point in time, the entire focus of policy has been towards punitive measures. They haven't impeded the flow of illegal products. They haven't brought less violence or crime to the streets. They haven't stemmed the tide of designer drugs. All they have accomplished is putting shady people in charge of the supply chain, and violent thugs selling on the streets.

Meanwhile we've missed out on valid medical treatments, quality research, and purity regulations that would have been far cheaper to enforce than prohibition/incarceration. But, hey, the military-industrial complex has reaped hundreds of billions of dollars in profit, so it's all good!

Buyer beware to be sure, but who are the buyers, and what should they be wary of? It's rarely a cut and dry proposition. It's almost worse to have this type of grey area than it is to have outright prohibition. With prohibition, there are fewer people willing to risk jail time over a product, and the cartels know that killing off their own customers is bad for business. The grey market, on the other hand, gives a false sense of security to people largely ignorant of the risks since products are sold off the shelf right alongside other products that are long trusted. The question of "who sourced this" becomes secondary. And the number of people willing to make a cash-grab increases exponentially.

It's one of the many reasons that I decided to grow weed instead of waiting for NY to get its head out of its ass, and get the industry up and running in a responsible manner.

What do you mean "HE" doesn't have a website? Why are you naming yourself after someone else's site/brand/tag while telling people to NOT trust people doing exactly that? You have zero credibility.

Furthermore, how do YOU know who has clones, or experience in that arena? How do you know the exact source of these (alleged) copycats? You jump to a LOT of conclusions. You provide no evidence, yet you are trying to assert some kind of authority on the subject.

Tell me, do you work for the 'National Department of Automobiles'? Would you like to discuss my aging car's warranty options?

You've posted TWICE and both times you end up looking like a scammer. You claim that "theclonebankusa" is legit. If that IS a legit service, you're doing everything in your power to ruin its reputation. Strange considering that you are supposedly a supporter of the anonymous dude from whom you have stolen that name.

You would have to be nuts, or have money to burn buying from anyone without website and that does not take mastercard or paypal. Got burned from 5 wbsites, and only one I could not get money back from was mg1brands since did not take mastercard or paypal. Rest were all infected with fusarium because of lazy get rich quick sleazy growers, using aerocloners, and spreading to every plant they touched. At low temps could take months to kill plants. Over 80F and spreads like wildfire and plants dead in days.

The shopify site theclonebank, have heard in another post had confirmed fusarium from buyer paying for tests.

That’s rough. It’s definitely risky buying from sites that don’t accept secure payments like Mastercard or PayPal. Fusarium is a serious issue too—thanks for the heads-up about theclonebank.

So just somebody growing seeds and selling clones, and not top shelf breeder cuts/award winners. At that point might as well waste your time pheno hunting, which is what clones are meant to avoid.

I usually don't write comments, I just read some few reviews and go my way, but it will be a heartless act seeing people talk about their ugly experience about scam brokers and not share my experience how ( jamesRodriguez)(@)(Cyber-wizard) DT( com) got my funds back
