I found a leaf defect that is limited to one stem.
All vegetation on this stem shows like defects.

Stem detail shows normal structure.

This is a before and after the two week "leg shave".
The offending stem is front left.

Had I seen this on an entire plant I would think viral pathogen, or genetic defect.

This is second week (12/12) F13 in "super soil" & the only girl of five seeds. All grew well and two of the boys were super healthy and sexually enthusiastic. Unfortunately I am not prepared to manage pollen.

Anybody care to offer ideas as to what may have caused this.
I plan to run it through flower, so we shall see what gets produced.

Perhaps an infection introduced by the topping cut?

Is that F13 DJ Shorts? From seed? If so, that might be your answer.

i have read in a post from dj short that he grows and breeds only using organic methods, but he believes that the thai genes that he used at one point were sparyed with colchicine, which causes mutations. if you read the descriptions of some of his seeds he mentions the there will be some palnts with "variegation". i believe this is what you are experiencing. i have had the same happen to a me in a pack of seeds from him... i wound up trashing the plants, not a desireable trait im looking to pass on.....hope this helps.
