freezeland2 makes a good point about avoiding couch lock. If the goal is to make sleepy-time weed to combat insomnia, does it make sense to grow longer, where most tricombs are amber?
No. When you let an upbeat sativa go too long until they are amber it doesn’t feel like a good indica, it rather feels like it makes to lazy and missing out on what that strain had to offer before being harvested too late. That degradation is turning the trichome mostly CBN. If you want a upbeat high you need an upbeat cannabinoid composition (usually sativa) and if you want a heavy body feeling and maybe that warm sleepy or cozy feeling (doesn’t have to be sleepy) then it’s usually indica strains. Most everything is a hybrid now and leans one way or the other like 60/40, 50/50, 80/20 etc,yea as I understand that is the diff.
Upbeat ,active and possible paranoid for more milky and couch lock sleepy time for amber .
As I understand ....
Bro science is ignorant assumptions based on absurd “logic”. This video describing trichomes is just science.
