One last question.

If theoretically I stored it for many many years and it happened to convert fully to cbn.

Would it still make for effective dabs just of a different effect?

Sounds good. Looks like this is a good experiment for me to try :)

I have my 3 accent plants in separate jars. I don't wish to share them cause they all look and smell frickin delicious. The terps on all of them are off the chain, very prominant.

But I also can't smoke them cause I'm on a hiatus (worksite testing).

Now I don't plan on stopping growing.
So my surplus will only grow. This means I need to clear out my smaller jars to make room for bigger ones.

If I extract all my little plants that would free up a little room.

Just trying to plan ahead.

Heads up on storing dabs in freezer, if you do so, make sure it's in a container that has rice or something very dry like that, the problem is when it's in the freezer for that long it starts forming water pockets ofin ice in the dabs. Leads to a lot of sizzling and re purging. I learned all this the hard way, stored shatter in freezer, came out sizzly after just a few days. After much research, I was led to this conclusion.
Just a standard heads up.

Good point!
It is most likely atmospheric moisture adhering to the container and material when opened under freezing conditions. There is very little free moisture in a freezer below 0C/32F.

@GT21

got my 350ml bunchner funnel and 1000ml flask in today to filter my iso washes. Bought a medium disc type, and fast filter papers. Used a mighty vac for about 5 mins, then busted out my 2 stgage 5cfm purge pump and dialed it down. Half gallon of iso wash filtered in -10 mins vs 1+hr thru a coffee filter and gravity filtered.

Well worth the 50.00 on Amazon. Really needed this 4 yrs ago. Would have saved a ton of time.

Liquid is cleaner this time than past 4+yrs. See thru amber iso wash. Evap tomorrow while I change oil in the Welch pump.

What filter paper?

I have had trouble using paper filters in this type of holder.
Folded coffee type filters suck air from the sides and fitted disks must be perfectly sized in order to stay put. (they can float)

This is real trouble for me, and I would appreciate any help with learning how to get a good vacuum filter working.

I made a template out of 1 filter disc, then cut a bunch to have ready. My 9cm filters are about .5cm too big. They don't sell a 8.5cm filter. They fit just perfect.

I did learn a few tricks on YouTube. Put filter paper into bunchner funnel, wet down with fresh solvent to make sure the filter stays put. Pull slight vac to secure even more. Pour liquid into filter and have fun.

You guys just wait until I start processing distillate. DIY, tek, and vids to help the next person out. I'm still 30+ days away guys.

The sun "removed" the chlorophyll green tint from shaking your qwiso too long. 30 second soak is all you need. Looks like you shook for days.

When I clean out my commercial t4 trimmer, my iso is barely a green hue. Yours looms like the ghost from Ghostbusters movie (1st one).

I always put my.mason jar in my clone room for 12hrs to remove the green hue.
