yeah man, some actually tastes better sometimes in the first few weeks after being dry. some gain more with the cure chucky. others not. the cheese i used to smoke years ago. where like 8 week stuff. barley cured and where the best smoke ever.Out with Mine also! What is left of it! I think I’ll leave it for a while also! But I harvested most of it already! I haven’t really tried it much. Been smoking all of the old stuff. Might get down to 30 here in a few days! See if that has any effect on them! Beautiful night! I hope you have clear skies. Don’t need a headlamp! Right on, cheeser!
