Reading all that about plumbers and old chuck, it reminds me of that story about the Old Mechanic...
So these wealthy business men have a factory and one of their massive industrial engines break down. They call in all of the best mechanics....
none can figure it out.
Finally they call in an expert who has been fixing industrial machinery and engines for years.... he does a quick inspection. Writes a bill for $10,000.
The owners agree, knowing they lose money every second that the machine isn't working.
The mechanic pulls out a hammer and taps the engine twice, and it kicks back on. Immediately springing back into action.
The business owners are upset, and start crying, "it only took 2 minutes, and all you did was tap the engine with a hammer

. That's only $1.50 worth of work!"
The old mechanic replies, "Yup. $1.50 for 2 taps with a hammer. $9,998.50 for knowing where to tap."
