my messed up neighbors have like 6 or 7 cats that they let run loose in the neighborhood tearing shit up. i like animals so i put water out for them as they always come in to MY yard and shit and look for water because their moron owner thinks she is all high and mighty but doesn't leave them food or water when she leaves for days on end.
