Good Luck Cap, I'm sub'd bro. Can't wait to see how things go for you. Been thinking about making my own nutes for awhile but alas no time to dedicate to it. Building out a brand new veg room.
Whats up Cap! Working on some profiles now with Jacks. Got my most in as well. I dont use ro water as my tap is clean and pure with really no ppm. Ive been using double stacked hugos, but this time im using growstones! They are pretty cool and I know they will work great with the Jacks.
Hope you are doing well and thank you for sharing this information. This is going to be a great thread!
What problems were you having with the MOST at .2g gallon?
Love me some Jacks!
Thanks for the heads up. I've been running it at .2 for a little over a month with no problems to date but I'll keep my eyes open.for a one time boost jr peters suggests .28 grams per gallon. I was running close to the this continuously. I think it was causing lockout. My plants look like shit right now. I will take a picture and post later today.
I'm a jack's fan. For my base nutes I alternate between jack's cal nitrate/hydro bloom, and general organics.
Cap, I was wondering why you think the MOST is needed?...the hydro bloom seems to already have decent levels of the main micro's needed...except for mag which epsom salts takes care of.
hey cap
Werent you using the same amount of MOST at that time with your run with purple K without any issues ? You have mentioned this in your thread " recipe for success"
When I first started using jacks I was told by a rep at jr peters that if I was using RO water I should be using a little MOST. I started with .1gram/gallon and had some of my best runs ever with that. I bumped to .2 and still did great. When I dropped the jacks though and added magnesium nitrate to get the smae elemental ppms of the formulas I was running, things went south.
PK is an easy plant to grow. She is not finicky about her nutes.
In your 1st post when you listed the rates per gallon of each fertilizer, those are in grams, correct??
