When I start the next grow it will continue on this thread. I'm planning on doing a very small indoor this winter so I can learn that process as well. If everything goes as planned, I will be doing automated hydro grows as well as outdoor grows next year in a new place. I may have a greenhouse also. I want to learn every type of grow. I love learning.

What size indoor you thinking? Everything is small compared to your outdoor lol. Small tent? Cabinet? Light?

Damn looking good! Any spider mites that are still alive when u hang to dry will bunch up at the top of them stem and u can easily wipe them off I harvested my blue dream and found some like 5 days after I had them hanging. Didn't see any on the buds at all. The problem I'm having right now is my 2 girl scout cookies are having bud rot and catapillars badly I'm prob going to lose most of both plants. I went out and bought some actinovate today and am gonna spray them and soil drench. Hopefully I can stop the bud rot from spreading. It's so shitty seeing ur biggest best colas biting the dust.

Hey, how much longer till harvest on the two girl's you've got left. You can use Azamax fairly late unto flower. It's some pretty safe stuff. If you've still got around 2 weeks, I would hit them with it if I were in your positiin. Baking soda too. Azamax is just refined neem. Mostly what you have ti worry about is flavor and it will wash off when yoy harvest. If you're not trading it, you should be able to go really really close to end of flower. Maybe even less than a week left. I smoked some preemie bud that I accidentally hacked off and it was sprayed the evening before. It had only the faintest hint. The other thing is, are you sure it's not all worm damage? They made it look an aweful lot like bud rot on my cousin's plants and it was all caterps.

(Always chech out how safe it is for yourself though, don't take my word for it.)

You know,... I really haven't thought that far ahead yet. I have a bedroom in the back of the 5th wheel I use for storage. It has a plywood box over the water tank and fuse box that fits a 'single' bed, about 6'x3.5'. So having room isn't an obstacle, it's power consumption I have to consider. My cousin is fine with me growing there as long as I pull my power off-grid. I need to figure out how many I can grow off 2-8 120 watt panels. I'm sure I want to do it in soil, and a tent would be cheap and logical. Want to grow off LEDs but what I'm getting from my research is I may need something with a little more oomph during flower and the LEDs will still augment. I still need to figure it all out and my current grow is taking most of my attention. Solar can run anything that can be run on the grid with enough panels and batteries (and I want to do everything using filtered DC instead of wasting all my energy to heat dissipation using an unnecessary AC converter).

With the price of weed so low right now I may hold for a dry period and that will reduce my available resources considerably. Sh*t, I don't know. Good questions. I'm looking forward to having answers for them soon.

Sounds like a challenge. Maybe some cob led's. They're supposed to be some of the most efficient as far as light to heat. They can also do well all the way through flower. Keep thinking!

Took some serious searching to finally find where Cervantes put the H2O2 bath concentrations in the Encyclopedia, here it is...

No problem. Always glad to help.

Dude, I have never seen buds so clean. This will be a part of harvest from now on.

Filling one bin with dilute H2O2 while the bin next to it is draining from the second (water only) bath. I got some serious water flow over them and saw zero evidence of resin loss. The technique is sound.

Believe it or not some say it enhances terpenes. Your crystals are good. Not water soluble. I've had great results with washes. So much shot comes off.

Grow Log 10-06-2017

Cut the biggest, most ripe buds today. Letting the small/medium ones grow a bit more. Cut a little less than 2/3 of the flowers and completely filled three 22 gal bins. Barely fit it all into my drying room. The large yield made it easier for me to let a lot of large buds ripen further.

I'll write more on the harvest and bud washing tomorrow. I was up all night setting up the drying room and started the harvest at dawn, so I'm absolutely burnt. Just going to post some pics for now...

...in so, so, so, much pain. Worth it though. The drying room is at a perfect 68F & 45% humidity. I have two very small usb fans running to keep the air from becoming stagnant, not for drying. I want a very slow dry if I can, but these moderate daytime temps and dry air will make it tricky.

Enjoy (I know I will)...

@SmithsJunk you have a major problem i noticed. I think you need my help asap. You just have too much ganja and you need help getting it down to a manageable amount. haha dude that's an awesome pull. Man i wish i could move out of my little box. At least i'm not limited to a tent but man if i could really let those girls spread their legs yikes.

Well you have my diagnoses but it's a problem I'd like to have myself.

She'll make it. I know i'm a preacher but MBP speeds up the flowering process a little bit. I usually finish a week early on indica. 1.5-2 on sativas. Some guys claim up to a 20% reduction in flower time. idk about all that though.

Oh, I'm a believer. They even dried quickly after the baths, and all the sludge that came off them was crazy. I cant believe I've been smoking all that nasty crap for years.

Personally, I'd love to have mine grow a few weeks longer. Especially with this unseasonably late springlike weather. Longer grow, larger, more dense buds. More important than that to me is the possibility of very complex thc traits. The way I see it, most girls flower at 8-10 weeks and with every extra week certain traits of the THC becomes more distinguished and overall atypical. As far as I know, only time cooking in the sun can produce these unique flowers (without becoming overripe, of course).

[Please excuse the upper comment if I posted it already. This stupid autosave function in the dialog box is a pain in the a$$. I'm f^ckin sick of it adding posts that I decided not to write. At least give me a way to turn that piece of sh*t function off. Or is there a way? The mechanics and layout of this forum can be really f^ckin annoying sometimes ]

As soon as I can move I'll get some fresh pics up of the Kush. That sh*t is growing way long considering who its parents are.

I am definitely not complaining. I prayed my harvest would go well and all of it seem to be staggering perfectly, thank God.

That's how I am feeling about my Blues, expected them to be the first ones chopped, and are likely going to be the last.

It's not like that but I understand. The plant is actually just able to perform photosynthesis more efficiently. I just thought you were fearing mold.
