Ahhhh, blurple-less once again in the 24 hour tent. Blueberry Amnesia and Super Lemon Moon revegging in the big pots, a couple Silk Road Skunk dudes, a Zhe Pinch dude, the Super Lemon Moon dude (the biggest one in the red cup), and the G13 Hazeplant dude. Purple Wreck are on the bottom, recovering from me not putting enough fertilizer in my starter mix.

Now the blurples can be used for nightshades, like they should be.

What makes you say that it's not real Lemon Tree?
I disagree with John, I definitely think it was the authentic female cutting that has been floating around North California. The Lemon Tree cutting that I bred with came to me from Santa Cruz, as I live not even a 90 minute drive from Santa Cruz.

Also, John did not know me in 2019 when I made the cross and had the Lemon Tree cutting, he does not know who or where I sourced the Lemon Tree cutting that I got in 2018 from and he doesn't know all of the people that I know, he has also never seen my garden - ever.

I value opinions when they are based on actual experience with my genetics, but people who claim to know about what they were not around and did not experience are ridiculous in my opinion.

The Lemon Tree cutting I had was very lemony with a citrusy tone and a bit of gas, I would guess that it is a mix of citrusy tropical varieties with Sour Diesel. When crossed with my ON Haze male it retains the lemony overtones and strong citrusy scent and adds a bit of Haze into the mix witch makes is a touch spicier. If you are looking for lemon terps, Lemon Tree x ON Haze will not disappoint.

Thanks for clarifying Todd!

The Tin Foil Hats [(Rugbern OG x Magnum Opus) x Pink Kush] have started to differentiate this week, with two dudes and a lady so far. Blue Dream x ON Haze only has a couple more plants left to show, then the keepers will join the first lady of their kind and get bigger shoes and more veg time. Most of the PKO's already have a couple nodes, they'll be next to get their own digs. They seem to consistently grow about 1.25x to twice as fast as other strains.

USC's Turkish got their own pots today, which made room for Col'Jam x G13 Hashplant to go down! I've been excited about that cross for a while, but wanted to get some other stuff dropped first. They'll be vigorous, challenging, stretchy bitches to grow, but the bud should be superlative and unique assuming I don't fuck them up too terribly.

Next up is Guava Dawg x Pedro!! Motorbreath 15 x Pedro is going down in September with some other stuff that I'm unreasonably excited for like Pipatxu x G13 Hazeplant and Hazeman's Escaped [G13 x (G13 x Purple Indica BX3)], along with re-drops of Blue Power Mango and Interstate Dragon. The plan for Escaped is to use it as the G13 aspect of G13 Haze, obviously crossing it (and, like, everything else) with the astounding quick-flowering Original Haze dude.

Both of the Shoeshiner plants look like dudes, and they've been so finicky that I'm not super excited about crossing them to anything. Silk Road Skunk has been similarly fragile, especially in drought periods. They both dry out REALLY fast, which I can only guess is from the Skunk 18. I emailed him about the low germ rates and haven't heard back, which makes me less than enthusiastic about making drop space for the Widowmaker Skunk. It'll be on standby for a minute, maybe I'll get back to it in the winter. For the time being, I definitely don't recommend his gear and wouldn't buy again.

Culled The Shoeshiners today. They're both dudes and I'm not chucking with their pollen so there's no point in letting them take up more space.

Found 3 more TFH dudes in there today, along with another lady. Looks like I'll have a decent selection for pollen chucking.

Blowfish, shockingly, is also starting to differentiate. Two dudes of that showed up today. Sure would be a pity if that got hit to G13 Hazeplant. A damn shame.

That first Haze x Kali China is going to get cut and set up for revegging today! All of the top pistils were orange and the trichomes were cloudy, so off the top went. The rest of the plant went back under 18/6 for a hopeful reveg.

Of course it was crossed with G13 Hazeplant a while back, so it's going to get the chance to reveg while the seeds finish. I also took the last of the initial G13 Hazeplant pollen and hit it to Silverfields, Bubba Hash, and Orient Express. The pollen seemed to have been preserved decently, so I'm anticipating success with those.

So now in addition to the above, I've hit G13 Hazeplant back to both Ghash and Ghaze, Haze x Kali China, and Pipatxu.

In its place went the second G13 Hazeplant lady! She's been killing it in veg, so it's been time for a while.

Duh. Also crossed G13 Hazeplant to Silverfields, the consistently amazeballs strain that I'm high on now.

Later tonight I'll probably make a batch of soil and repot some ladies. And clean and re-set the cloner. And clean the containers the pots sit in. And make another batch of PFR-97 and spray everything with it. And hit the vegging plants and babies with the neem spray. And hang the new fans...

At long last, seeds for the next round of The Afghan Project have been made. The female winners were two Afgaan 90's, a Kandahar Black, and an Afghan Mix. They all got crossed to a really nice Kandahar Black male that's been throwing a ton of pollen after the Afgaan 90 dude ended up being sterile. I'll try to reveg the nicest lady, but Afghan plants are tough to reveg so I won't hold my breath.

In equally exciting news, the quick flowering Haze dude is throwing pollen! There's still plenty of time to hit it to G13 Hashplant and likely G13 Haze, then essentially everything else in flower will get hit with the Haze pollen.

Ahhhh. Made some more dirt. Updated recipe:

1 block canna coco (1/4 package)
1 15 kg bag organic sheep manure
1 quart vermiculite
2 cups kelp meal
2 cups dolomite lime
1 cup guano
1 cup fishbone meal
1/2 cup Gaia Green 4-4-4
2 tablespoons humic/fulvic acid
2 cups EWC

...all into a 27g bin. Mix well, then fill the container with Perlite and mix again. If I was using that soil for veg or smaller plants, I'd leave out the guano and fishbone meal.

Gave two Tin Foil Hats and a Zhe Pinch new pots, as well as topping up the pots that needed it. PFR-ed the plants in flower that have thrip damage (just a few, but they're ugly), repotted the Purple Wrecks, killed the Silverfieds runt, and did a bunch of defoliating. Went through 3 gallons of water feeding everything.

The CJ x Ghash are popping well, as are the Sour Soda. Guava Dawg x Pedro will go down this weekend. Goldfish and PKO will get new homes next week.

There are a couple of [(ECSD x Moonshine) x Ghash)] males in there, I'm waiting to see if the surviving plant is female or not. I'll definitely chuck with that pollen, it might just take a minute to find the right target.

Today was Haze pollination day! It got hit to:

G13 Hashplant
G13 Haze
G13 Hazeplant
Bubba Hash
Haze
Interstate Dragon

Also found a Blue Dream x ON Haze dude, so I'll be able to continue that line! Already have two females in bigger pots.

Now off to enjoy some Unicorn Hunter and Skyrim to celebrate.

Also, I didn't want to say it last time around due to lack of strains run (comparatively), but the PKO's just murder everything else in terms of vigor. Goldfish is looking awesome, but PKO are already a node ahead, still all crammed into solo cups.

PKO Haze will be made.

Mother of God, Haze x Kali China is good. It's like getting hit in the face with a shovel, but in a good way. Tracers, essentially no short term memory, my eyes keep trying to close, but it's not racy.

This was, of course, the quicker-flowering, lower-yielding of the Haze x Kali Chinas, which means that her sister has the potential to be a knockout.

Just jarred it, but she's throwing off hazey/grapefruit/incense notes already.

I'm super happy I've got a rooted cut of her to cross with G13 Hazeplant.

Now for some bud porn.

I'm still debating what to do with these Tin Foil Hat males. The OG in the genetics makes it a no-go with the landrace projects, but between the Ghost OG in the Rugburn, the Magnum Opus, and the Pink Kush there are some serious genetics there to play with.

I'll definitely hit it to Interstate Dragon, Haze, Silverfields, Wedding Cake x ON Haze, Blowfish, and Black Swamp Gas. Maybe Purple Wreck, Orange Gasm, and the offspring of Pedro, too. It's a good conundrum to have.

I also put the two Framboise in the 18/6 tent to finish off before I trim them and try to reveg the keeper. Got to flip a couple Valencian Haze ladies to take their place!

Here's the Haze dude!

what you have is the lemon sour diesel cut brought to sc by green bhodi you dont have lemon tree todd and since you refused to try my samples you would be one of the least authoritative to comment you also have zero involvment in the original lemontree movementand werent present at all whereass i was responsible for its distribution for the 1st 3 years the company existed as well as its official preswervation project so again your opinion is as pointlessas mine is about haze to you ..needless to say youve been jealuous of me over it since we met and i have the private messages to dispute your claims if youd like to go there or you can shut your mouth and have some respect since you only ever bought from me not the other way around......end rant

i should add todds only connection to the lemontree is a dude named brad whos one of the founders of guild extracts..i introduced brad to the lemontree so it extra negates todds opinion ...another interesting note about todd is how when i showed him my nevilles haze bx 8 thats actually from santa cruz since 1988 he was convinced its not haze....the difference being ive actually smoked haze and can still comment on haze..todd has literally never smoked real lemontree and refused to purchase or try my samples for freee out of jealousy ....the bad cut of my lemontree just wont the emerald cup in the gelonade from alienlabs and connceted...todd got really butthurt and jealous over that and freaked out on me one day over text just like he does to everybody when id been nothing but nice sharing the hash and buds i get with him regularly of his own accord and request not mine...those reading are simply welcome to believe the haze guy whos reputation is simply that of flipping out on community members and causing drama and facing accusations of lying or you can believe the guy who started the company and is runnning the preservation project and breeding proects of the lemontree ...end rant

Sounds like a bunch of drama to me... 🤣 Don't know why it's being posted to Kanzon's timeline, but that's something for him to sort out. Seems awful rude thing to do IMO, bombing his thread like this; everyone is entitled to an opinion. However, it doesn't cost anything to be civil, a little professional, or grown up.

That thing looks awful sativa there. Almost as skinny leaves as my landrace Thai.
Sadly, I've got an inspection coming up Monday, so I might try and save one of these out of the bunch, but some of them are going to get culled. Will make the decisions shortly. Strechy little girls, this one's like 3-4 weeks I believe, lol.
