Kingbrite 125 any good to start seedlings?

Why do you think people switch from MH to HPS usually when moving to flower? Lol why use two different bulbs if they work the same? Same issue here just different light source.

So going by that, 4000 is what i should get for both my seedling and veg tent?

If you ONLY do that, then yes. 4000+k lights have more blue great for veg.
The point he was making is that 3500 can do both tents as needed, say you switch things up or upgrade in future and wanna swap lights around, you could.
From all the researching about spectrums ive been doing, 4k looks pretty crappy with too much green in the spectrum (which the plant doesnt use), if they have a 5k or higher thatd be better blues

If you went a veg only light with no extra red....... get the qb light BG got..... just ask him....... i think it was a 3000k no red

this is something you should think about if you ONLY went to Veg........................................... white no extra red......
