Kritical like the amount of information you post every day. Great informative and good for records.

Every time I talk with buddies that have money burning a whole in their pocket. Asking me what they should buy that will help their garden most. I tell them a calendar! Knowledge is power, and being able to study what you did 2 grows back and compare what you did. Is more expensive than any nutrient you can buy on the shelf.

Can't wait to see what good things you do.

Gotta agree with Stu... Good detail and work kritical! Any chance we could get some closeup plant shots just after lights out? Not sure if your camera has a custom white meter setting, but that would eliminate the yellow photos taken under the HPS... :cool

Lol the only reason I post in celsius is my hanna meter reads it that way. Chiller keeps it 67

day 10

church strain

450 ppm
5.9 ph

room temp 80
room humidity 50%
res temp 66
co2 ppm -900 (tank is out)

everything looks good except for one plant. It is the largest plant that i got when i transplanted so i am guessing it took the most shock. anyone care to chime in and let me know what i can do to perk it up?

roots look nice and healthy, fuzzy and white. Also how are my feed numbers looking? i dont have much fluxuation or drop in ppms or p.h. so im guessing everything is running smooth.

Also how often do you think i should folier feed? I spray them with r.o. water and wet betty everytime i go in the room maybe 3-4 times a day.

howdy mang - just caught your thread here

Im by no means a UC expert but one thing Id chime in is there is absolutely no need to pump 1500 ppm of co2 at this stage

pump co2 from week 2 in flower and cut back to normal levels about 2 weeks before your gonna finish

those little plants cant possibly process co2 at that level and really 1300 is all you need to get the max boost from co2

450 ppm might be a bit high in the UC at this stage - I vegged monsters and never went over 400 for the first 2 weeks when they were already huge - Im just over one week into flower and they are getting 750 and loving it

good job on your log as others pointed out and best of luck on your grow

peace

topping the system off now with some fresh r.o. water it should bring it below 400 ppm and ill check p.h. in the morning. the leaf tips do have just a little tip of yellow.

i have noticed something weird. two hours before the lights go off 18/6 the plants start to sag or droup and in the morning there back nice and perky.

I'm also no UC Guru but how far up the net pot do you keep ur water level? And what rooting medium were your clones in? Is ther plenty of bubbles in your reservoirs? and where is your air pump Inside or outside your room? Co2 on the roots isnt a good thing! Id agree with ML on the Co2 Levels. I have a co2 burner and keep levels between 1300 and 15ooppm flower week 3-7 then drop to 600 week 8!

Kritical, sorry for the thread jack, but I wanted to clear this up.
I did not argue this earlier, because I could not remember my source for Rhizotonic and Cannazyme being "dead". I sent an e-mail to Canna after our post exchange and asked if there were any live in there products. I explained that the description stating "CANNA RHIZOTONIC adds more than 60 microbiological substances" was being interpreted as microbiological organisms

Here is the response:

Hello,

No Canna product offered for sale in North America has anything living in it.

Cheers
Ralph B.

So Jack did not run bennies

read his very first post grow 2. he is using canna rhizotonic and cannazym (which is kinda strange since root excelerator is very similar to cannazym if i understand correctly).

CANNA RHIZOTONIC adds more than 60 microbiological substances that considerably speeds up the growth of a balanced root environment. Various trace elements and vitamins such as B1&B2 have been added to RHIZOTONIC in to stimulate the plant production of hormones and root growth, thus providing better and stronger roots.

^ Thanks! I had no clue Rhizo was alive. I thought it was more like Roots accelerator.

So in conclusion Rhizo does not have any microbiological organisms in it. It does have more then 60 microbiological substances.

Hope this clears things up for anyone using the search button and just lurking.

my air pump is inside the room but its hard to see there is a 1" airline thats fed to it from outside fresh air so its not sucking any co2 from the room its all fresh from outdoor.

i drained a few gallons and topped off with some fresh r.o. water so im at 350 ppm and 5.9 p.h. im gonna add 25 ml of a&b and cal mag and root excel to about 350 ppm and adjust the ph if ness after that.

i also foliar sprayed the one sad looking plant with some r.o. water and ultimate thrive

day 11

church strain

350 ppm
5.9 ph

room temp 80
room humidity 50%
res temp 66
co2 ppm 1500

foliar sprayed the sickly one with r.o. water and ultimate thrive. the stalks are getting much thicker now and there are more roots bursting out the net pots. the foliage is looking good. the plants may look shorter but i actually added some hydroton to the net pots to top off the rockwool cubes.

If the roots aren't touching water u may need to keep rock wool damp by adding Nute water to top! might be why 1 plant is droopy? Don,t add to much and soak the rock wool and possibly drowned?

no i think its just in transplant shock. it was pretty large plant but there is new root growth coming out the bottom of its net pot and they have grown longer... its green with new root growth just droopy =( the rest of the plants are looking great!

ya i got bubbles up the ass man!!! my air pump has 16 outlets so i have (1) 12" hydrofarm airstone in each bucket at the very bottom and (2) 4" disc airstones in the res epicenter so its def getting air and circulation between my 1200 gph pump and the 1000 gph submersible pump for the chiller shit is flowing and the temps have dipped to 66 now!

yea the fucken douche i called and got the babies from i asked him if they were in rockwool and not soil and he said yes so after driving 2 hours to pick them up he shows up with ladies in daisy cups with soil and the stupid shit is that they are in rapid rooters lol. so i washed them off nice and proper with tap at the sink and dipped them in some r.o. water and ultimate thrive b-vitamin before setting them into the hydroton. the good thing is he garunteed them so i can call and get some fresh ones i made him take cuttings that day incase something like this happened

also the last piece of equipment is installed today. my bose speakers and ipod playing serj tankian and system of a down on repeat! i need to download some hans zimmer and shake things up!
