I use Zyme and HyClean but never tried H202 yetTo combat the mold and other pathogens growing in the res, most people run either a live res, which is using beneficial microbes to keep the bad ones in check, or a sterile res that just kills everything. Usually sterile res involve using H202 or some form of Chlorine (UC Roots or the likes).
Have you used both products since the start of grow or have you just started adding Zyme. Could be one or the other doesnt like to be mixed together.I use Zyme and HyClean but never tried H202 yet
Both products since the begining of the grow but went light on Zyme for the first month.Have you used both products since the start of grow or have you just started adding Zyme. Could be one or the other doesnt like to be mixed together.

Thank You :)Looking Good Bro! Girls look happy and healthy!!!
Hey good day, Before I turned on the auto pots I watched a few videoMade it to Week 3 in flower
They all look good and healthy
Growing taller with more flowers.
My brain says make changes and my other brain says no no no don't do it!
I have to laugh at myself sometimes.
Soooo latest changes lol
1st one is I put 2 tsp H202 (Hydrogen Peroxide) in each gal of mix from now on.
I also put the 2 OC fans on a timer and they are now off
after lights out time.
I thought I would give them a rest at night from
all the blowing around they get non stop.
The intake and exhaust fans stay on tho.
I thought the PPM was a bit high especially for the 2 new clones in there.
So I threw in another 2 gal of ph'ed water.
PPM dropped to 670.
The flowers are stacking nicely for 3 wks.
I might make adjustments to the light height but will
leave it where it is for now (100% @ 18" last I checked).
No burn or other problems so far.
Hope the moldy issue goes away but will check daily to make sure.
Also keeping an eye on the 2 clones in there for coconuts.
If I remember they are Wedding Cake and Durban Poison.
Here's some Week 3 Pic's

Yes I do that and I remember that Dyna Gro Products was one mentioned that would work good in the AP system.Hey good day, Before I turned on the auto pots I watched a few video
s on them One I remember said to only use products from 1 company because mixing can cause chemical reactions we don't want....I'm not sure if that's an issue you're having but its something to consider.
My plants seem to be feeding from the bottom and getting big fast....I gotta take cuts soon and flip them or I'll be out of room.
HiHere is the best thing I have just learned to do.
I now stick my hand and arm in the res tank and feel around the sides and the bottom and
especially the pump, which I have stuck on the bottom side wall, to see if there is any residue at all.
So far it's squeaky clean, no film or anything.
That's a proof test that all is well in the ol' tank.
Plus putting 2-3 tsp of H202 per gal. in the nutrient mix is a good thing.
I wanted to repeat this on my thread, cause it's a good tip.![]()
Do you use a pond pump as your recirculator? I find the aquarium powerheads do a better job of keeping the organic matter in suspension in the water and out of the nooks and crannys. Here is the best thing I have just learned to do.

I got a Vivosun pump and works great.Do you use a pond pump as your recirculator? I find the aquarium powerheads do a better job of keeping the organic matter in suspension in the water and out of the nooks and crannys.
If your pump is doing the job then stay with it. Just thought I'd throw out an alternative that has worked well for me.
I used soil along with clay balls and Coco-coir and Perlite mix in the past.Hi
Thanks for the tip. I am trying to learn all I can before I get away from soil.
Knowledge is a light weight to carry.
I've worked at a few places that use Dyna Gro for their base nutes. I didn't really see much in the way of improved performance so much as how cost effective it was vs other brands.

If it ain't broke......I've only used 2 brands since I've been growing.
The first one I used was Botanicare but switched when I went into the Auto Pot system.
I really never researched any other products but seen others useing dif ones is their grow.
