I agree with alot of misinformation in the grow world as a whole half the top leds likely are just "Alibaba" Chinese rebranded lights but that's one reason even as a new grower I'm no longer doing a journal with any name unless either they give me free stuff or there's a benefit to me... Im really starting to treat lights like the Corona virus they are what you want to believe they are they are so new in the led world not many actual hard facts behind alot of the new technology

lol. The budget companies love you think there are no hard facts. But the lighting business doesn't operate that way. Only dishonest companies selling grow lights to uneducated buyers. If you go big wholesale with a chinese factory they dont lie anymore. They will compete like a lighting company. I did this with wholesale chinese furniture. Although we could not make a deal without the price being equal to america if we wanted any quality parts or fabric. And plus container shipping fee.

Look at timber, hlg, fluence etc. and then go on parts website like osram, samsung etc. show me one instance where there is an untested or missing statistic.

I thought that once ... but I could be wrong or right willing to save the money to figure it out... if you thing the big company's don't love the fact there is a divide you dont see where the marketing is a two way street ive seen too many similarities to even consider a top named weed product to be the one and only they spend as much money to discredit the smaller guys as the little guys spend to compete with them.

The companies i mentioned are honest small private companies. The companies lying are big faceless corperations masquerading at little companies.

I will say to your thought on the higher end eventually I would live to do comparisons side by side but currently can't even consider it financially. Definitely basing the delicious on some of the choices in the cheaper one on the high-end not saying I'll win in the end but maybe I'll get lucky I thought alot about branding till I realised my am-640 and the higher mass marketed mammoth look way to similar specs and all... but thats why I search out of curiosity and to try and save

Agreed false advertising is just that and thats why at this point fingers crossed if I match the numbers I'll get a decent light for a price. I wouldnt personally ever put non commercial grade vs commercial on the same pedestal probably shouldn't be happening

You are still excusing the liars.

if i want a kitchen light phillips makes the exact lumens and efficiency are on their website. It has nothing to do with commercial or residential.
