Yeah New England. My mom grows a lot and said generally if rain is consistent things in the ground will be fine. However she grows smaller plants like flowers and vegetables.

Well, there’s no shortage of New England growers on the site! Be patient and maybe someone 2500 miles closer can I offer you some better advice! Hang in there, brother!

Appreciate that. Yeah I have a few in pots, it is very obvious when it's thirsty. The big one in the ground that died: it very slowly started to wilt then suddenly got yellow and really droopy over a couple days. This was during wet weather, I haven't had to water this patch in months.

Now the big one is doing that slight wilt on some branches, but the other plants are fine and I even watered a bit even though the ground is moist.

A few plants also suddenly got yellow in spots, but look fine otherwise. The 2 yellow ones are next to each other but separate from the wilting and dead one.
