Could I run 2 T5 s in that and have sufficient light or is it the quality of the rayswe need to improve?

I dont recommend t5 for flowering at all. Very inefficient

Im preparing for a scrog with 154 watts of cfls myself. ×8 plants. They were getting around 215 watts before. Im trying to get good stretch on the stems. The females will go into my tent with my 300w LED as soon as I determine sex. But yes, it's doable :)
