If your n coco u cant just run plain ph'd water.coco is a neutral medium.most do light,heavy,light feeding(300ppm,500,300),or heavy,light,heavy..id do the 1st personaly.u can always add more if plants show they want it.once u go too much u run into deficiencies

I give the same amount of feed every time, but I always water to about 25 percent run off to help flush out the old nutes as the new comes in. I start with light feed and when they start to grow rapidly I up the dose. The amount of calmag you use also depends on how much your water has naturally. Check it with a tds meter and you can look up your city water report online and see what's in it usually. If you run ro water then you know it has nothing to almost nothing. My city water tds is about 150 ppm. I add cal mag until it gets up to about 280 then mix the feed in. A short read on tds:
