My bad. Waited too long to add the additional info so here it is:
Week 5, Auto White Widow x Big Bud from seed in 5 gal DWC bucket,
using 1/2 strength, 3 part GH nutes and full strength Cal-Mag.
Distilled water, pH - 6, ppm - 330, 200w CF cob light, 18 - 6, clip fan
providing gentle breeze in grow tent.

I think that's his total ppm maybe?

If so I'd up that to closer to 500 ppm/1ec (150ppm calmag and 350ppm GH) and lower the ph to 5.7-5.8.

I dont know. Half dose of complete base nutes and full dose of calmag on top of it makes no sense to me. I would drop the calmag. I also dont like distilled water but with the nutes in it it should be complete.

Temps between 65 - 72F
Humidity - 50%

Cal mag, too much of it will show cal mag deficient like issues. Lower leaf necrosis indicate an environment issue, too humid and or too wet a media combined with too much cal mag.
Cal mag use is very overrated. Use it once every 3 watering unless it’s coco and or hydro/ dtw types.
Solution: 1. Let her dry out a bit
2. Lower humidity in grow space to 50-55% humidity
3. Increase temps to 70-85 dgF at seedling stage.
4. Feed every 3rd watering cycle, being auto they can handle feeding everytime watering actually but at 1/4 dose into week 6-7. Then up that full strength.
5. Cut those dead leaves out.
And finally! Don’t panic! Stuff happens to all of us and sometimes it’s genetic and sometimes it’s over parenting.
She will live:
Increase the light strength to provide the heat and extra strenght (lumens/par) to invigorate growth!
