The first 24 hours i lose about 20%, 50g loses 10-12g at 60%rh and 65°F. After a week its around 75% weight loss total, 50 is now 15g more or less. The key to me is when it stops losing weight, less than a gram in 24 hours, its ready to cure, usually shows around 60% humidity in the jar.Yo, mad bud!
