how often I should have my cfl lights on for a few plants in my closet? Right now the cotyledons (two lobed leafs) are present along with two smaller leafs in the middle.

the cotelydon stage counts as veg in the sense that you want 18 on 6 off aswel yes. Some people say veg starts after the first true set of serated leaves but either way yes 18 on 6 off or if you can afford the electricity 24 on 0 off.
