List of good seed banks IN the United States??

I just found a bunch of places listed in a thread under Grow diaries. I personally have a large supply of strains at the moment, but I have friends asking where we can get seeds here in the US and their second question is always, "Do they take Credit cards?" So I figured I would see what is out there and what is available.

As I understand it no seed bank in the US will accept credit cards. Financial Banks refuse to allow payments that way as cannabis is still federally illegal.
