This is the toughest time at the begining, hoping they'll make it. Though looks like your off to a good start and definitely better to ask questions before getting into a problem. Keep us posted with your progress.

Thank you. I think they'll push through, they look very vibrant and healthy, it's just the stem that I need to deepen and stabilise.

Thank you and I will do :)

Happy growing!

This was so helpful! Thank you. Especially the picture. I'm inspired to see mine get to that stage. Good luck and keep me posted :)
Also glad someone else only used 1 LED. I've seen so many people with a bunch of lights above. Though I suppose they have more than 3 plants growing.

I've set it all up now and that is how far I've placed the LED. I think it's about right. Also got a fan on them so they're dancing a little bit in order to strengthen the stem.
My dad has helped me make it adjustable so if I see that the stem is growing more towards the light I will bring it down. And if I see it may be too much (apparently light burn only shows late though), then obviously I will move it up.

Once again thanks for the info! Not sure what I'd do without fellow growers advising me.

Looks great! Now with you new setup u just have to wait and see what the plants tell you they need :) yes you should usually add more light depending on the needs of the grow but I believe u said the plants will b moving outside so no need to go all LED out in this B lol those are the same girls I sent In the first pic they are now under 2 LEDs and eventually there will b a third added but my grow is all in door so I will need the added lights as the plants grow

Very ingenious the adjustable light stand, it's a plus you have your Dad helping out, somewhat atypical (but very good).

Yes exactly, going to keep an eye on them to see if they like it or not. :)
Someone else has also told me that the light won't be enough once they get a little bigger. Which is okay, I will just add one within the next 2 weeks.
Those beauties are looking great with just two LED's! Although I must say your LED's are much larger than mine.

Yes that light won't be enoughbut until way later I would say at least 3 weeks but also no one can really tell you for sure :) also when you start to toping and training to get more tops the plants will take up more a footprint and require more light. Ha yes the light is larger but same idea :) Thank you for the comment on my girls well at least I hope they are girls havnt sexed yet

This is lovely to hear. I understand they tend to be longer by doing that but I don't mind. Just making sure the fan toughens up the stems so that they don't get too heavy.

Happy growing! :)

Thanks! I'll check him out tonight :)
I actually need to learn about nutrients. Can I ask when I should start feeding my seedlings nutrients? I wasn't going to give any but I think I will, it's better in the long run.

I would wait until u get 4 fan leaves around 2-3 inches long judging from pic maybe another week and half depending on the soil u used there should be plenty for them to feed off for a lil while longer don't want to burn them this young that would b bad :) yes nutrients will be a good idea i and MR Tight use Blueplanet nutrients and they work great and are cheap and well made they make both organic Which is what I use and a synthetic I say organic is way to go

I'll check if Blueplanet is on Ebay or Amazon then. Anything cheap, organic and working, I'm down for.

Haha thank you, it's simply from my lowass budget. But yes, also thanks to my wonderful father who's willing to help me out :)
Not exactly in a legal country either so love having a supportive fam.

Have a lovely day!
