Looking for advice on an easy soil

So coming up soon I’m going to do a side by side project grow where with one plant I’m going to do coco pith and perlite homemade and mixed blah blah but, on the second plant I want to a type of premix soil that is good from germ to ripen with just water so I guess they call it “”super soil or whatever. I would really like some suggestions if I could get them.
some odd ball detail details that might help, the water being used will be base 100ppm tap.

I don't think there is a soil that is ideal for seedlings to mature, ripe plants, with just water. It's going to be too hot for a seedling. Also, even the most fortified super soil is unlikely to supply your nutrients from veg to flower with only water. After about 6 weeks, your soil will be tapped out without teas or other supplements.

That said, Coast of Maine Stonington Blend is a good, store-bought soil.

A true super soil would be something like Sun Cools Mix. Take a look for his recipe online. It might take a few to get it going
