Looking to set up inside

Hello I have a bedroom roughly 10x10 to start growing in... unfortunately there is only 6ft clearance which limits me on tent options... was thinking of lining the room in black/white poly instead... any advice on lighting choice would be appreciated.... debating led cob or board.... yellow or blue and red... any advice on wattage and stylr of light and how many lights would be appreciated for a 6ftceiling 10 feet x 10 feet room

Have you grown before? Do you have adequate circuit-breaker to that room? (You could run 4000 watts of lighting). Why is LED your preference? Do you have heat-management issues?

If it were me, I'd use CMH at 35w/sq ft. Maybe divide the room into veg and flower. Use different lights (CMH and LED) to get experience with both (instead of putting all my eggs in one basket). But, if you've grow before that may not be an issue.
