Low cost or bulk reg seeds for multiple strains?

I want to build a little "worst case scenario" package of seeds to toss in my fridge and keep them sealed unless something happens to American's ability to buy seeds. Not to get political, but we've watched them attack the 2018 farm bill's loop holes time and time again. I just want to have a backup. I was hoping to find some cheaper regular seeds so that I could have a few strains on deck to breed more seeds from.

Someone recently posted from https://www.2dollarseeds.com/ which seems like my best bet so far, but I've also never seen or heard of this breeder, and no one else seems to have either. 2$ reg seeds, and 10$ shipped. I could get 5 seeds for 3 strains for 40$ shipped, but again I'd have no clue of their quality without popping some myself.

You might check out Grimm Brothers Seeds. I’ve been using them for almost 10 years and have been pleased. Being a cheap ass, I use the cheap fem “tester” seeds but have tried some off their main catalog too. They have instagram so you can see some pics. Just got an order of five packs plus one free. 54 seeds for just under $90 with sales including shipping/tracking.

I’ll upload a pic of the current crop but these plants went to war with broad mites and are still recovering so they look pretty bad.

All are testers except the back left that’s a G-13.

I tried the $2 dollar seeds and they were fine. I grew their Kunlun Kush Autos.
Paid $40 for 15 seeds which comes out to about $2.66 each.
They were an experiment, so I didn't put alot of effort in, but they grew and finished normally.
Just noticed the $2 seeds are regulars. They also have $5 seeds.
