I buy it in a shop. They have mostly black Nepali or like Moroccan. So I think it is made by rubbing the fresh leaves or by the method of dry beating and pressing afterwardsIf anyone here has it would be @GNick55 IMO.

I don't think you can actually press hash balls/bricks,but I've never tried it before.
You can make bubble hash and press that,it will give you some good rosin and that can be made into carts from what I've learned.
I'm about to try it myself next weekend using a method I found online.
I will say it one more time for you as well.We only made rosin from hash buble and dry sift at the farm I used to work at.works good .as far as making carts from rosin if you want them to be dank you will need to winterize the rosin.unless you are adding a liquidizer which makes them pretty week at a 1:1 ratio.we would make ours 95 percent.to do this you will need to winterize.so once you have your rosin take 30 grams and dissolve it into a pint jar of everclear.place in freezer.the fats and waxes will separate after 24 hours.filter through coffee filter in freezer.you will be left with crystal clear rosin.evape the alchol and decarb wax.you can reclaim alchol with a rotovape or a source turbo. Source turbo works good small scale.or just evape into the air use electric stove no open flame.low and slow.once the alchol is gone I would decarb so you don't get bubbles in you cats during next step.order some terps.we would mix .05 to .10 lof a milliliters of terps.to every gram of wax depending on strain, some take less some more .use ccell cartridges. Ccell cartridges. Gona say it one more time ccell carts.the will vape thick oil.hit me up with any questions .i did it this way everyday for years.worked for us
Burnt taste is from the oil being a little to thick.add a few drops of terps problem solved.the coils taste horrible when there is no oil getting to them. You can get flavorless terps if you want the true oil taste.realy fresh cronic bud can be used without terps depending on the strain.it is usually thin enough to flow if its fresh and oily strain.I will say it one more time for you as well.

The last couple of batches of FSO using Everclear, I fully purged the extract. It was almost tar. I used no thinning agent. I literally have to stuff it extract into the cart, and then heat it with hair dryer to get it to run down. Repeating until full. PITA! But it works. Can refill the cart 2-3 times. Filter solution very well prior to evaporation if vaping. Will extend the life of the cartridge.
Adding terpenes back may thin the extract somewhat from what I understand.
Today my order from CannTerp arrived. Tired of my oil tasting foul. Very clean and potent, but shitty taste. Not sure if it is something I am doing or just shitty bud to work with. Or a combination of both.
I found that unless I have fresh premium flower to work with, it is next to impossible to retain terps. I have had only one batch of oil that was very pleasingly flavorful. But that was from fresh premium bud. It was wonderful stuff. Sticky Dreams. Yielded exceptionally well and had a very pleasant but hard hit to it. The oil tasted just like the bud smelled. All done on my kitchen counter with basically a Buchner Funnel and Source Turbo.
I save every puck and quick wash you would be surprised what’s left in there! Not real tasty to smoke , like a double press, but great for edibles or rso type oil. Waste nothingP.s. there is still alot of magic left in the spent rosin chips.we would make a alchol or oil/butter extraction from them for edibles.
