Small note, wouldn't have taken the time to interject this, but I thought it note worthy...

The trichomes are really starting to come in, even on the fan leaf leaves, so I rubbed the stem and to my surprise it smelled like peaches. I only point this out because it is a first for me. I've smelled quite a few things rubbing stems,but peaches would be a new one for me.

When I smelled it, I totally remembered one of the first replies in this thread saying the peaches was his donation.

Definitely smells like peaches, the stem rub on the female that is.

Cool bro maybe we can trade I have dark horse-Bruce banner 1.0 and bog-sour strawberry also can take cuttings about same time as you.

I'm working on seeding these strains to try and see what I can find good in the f1's. I have a few males also of both strains if interested let me know I can take cuttings of them also.

Nice grow guy never even realized you were in oc, hope you get that pheno and good luck with the chucking. Saw your other post about non 24 hr timer was wondering if your thought was 18 on 12 off in flower? Just got me thinking

Mt was a great freebie!!! Got one male with female parts. And one female! With no male parts lol so I'm pretty happy. Def some trich action on the larger MT fans. Mango tango also blooms fairly quick in compared to my white roms.

Actually, yes, it was an idea that was sparked by this ole sticky (excerpted):

When I read that, I was on the toilet at work and so was my brain at the time, on that is. So I figured, chances of a specific 24 hour cycle being so permanently ingrained in the DNA of the plant, that it can't be tampered with is a tad on the astronomical side, I would say. But what if, just what if the plants could veg longer and still get their 12 hours of night night time. And even if the experiment failed at first, maybe the seedlings can be coaxed into a 32 hour day from birth, maybe this would help. And what about the case of some people's plants (like all of my vegging plants) that have only been exposed to 24 hour (100% of the time) light. So a 24 hour thing is only a change in the weather to them, maybe.... Sorry, I just had a bowl of inspiration a few moments ago too.

In case it is a new idea, I shall call it the flower span, as a measure of light between flowering cycles of 12 (or more? Hmmmmm...) hours. So, I was thinking about running an 18 hour flowering span on a run, maybe next indoor season, I only have one more wave left before it gets too hot.

And why not a pic, to end the post. Not to devalue the perspective, but the pic is very close up. The buds are still filling in the gaps and look like they will be connecting to finish with a decent sized cola, I hope.

Rooted clones of the males. The clone leaves held out pretty well, even through the heat wave. The father MT cloned very well.

And just for kicks, the mother plant, Mrs. Mango Tango. I got the go ahead for a small outdoor grow. Figured, I would love to see how this would end up in the good old outdoors. Will be taking cuttings as soon as possible.

Your male? My female stretched/is stretching a ton, but the male is actually pretty nicely compact. Not overly, just nicely :) The top blossoms definitely stretched a bit, but they weren't even in direct light. I didn't care if I abused/neglected him, I just needed three or four flowers to open so I can pollinate the mother for the next gen and insurance seeds.

My male is currently vegging. Shorter bushier indica structure on my male. A few tops have like 2-3 pistils also so haven't decided on what to do with him. The female is in week 4ish now and I had to bend her lol she just wont stop stretching. I am enjoying this plant I absolutely love how easy it is to grow.
