just wipe with Alcohol
it will come off
then wait a day or 2 and mark that leaf so you know which one it was
if it show back up or it shows up more on other leaves then yes you have pm
if you wipe it off and it dosnt come back
then more than likely residue from Spinosad spray

lets just wait and see... Dont jump conclusions.. are you concerned that one will infect them all? I think that you already said you seen it on a few plants, so if it is pm, then its done moved thru your garden... so i would just relax. why? because you can jump up and down, do flips, run in circles, but you still will never get it out of the plant, so dont worry yourself over something you cant control. now isa the time for record keeping, and observation, and take your manic depressant meds! You can go back to being anal and manic, if and when it comes time to clean, scrub, and disinfect your grow room...
You do wash the walls and floor weekly with bleach water right?
im kidding,, but it doesnt hurt to keep her clean..
