A while ago, on youtube there was like a "war" between different companies, some companies are proud of their PAR value, but actually they were testing in a wrong way. We have made our videos just for letting more people know the right way to test, and the true PAR value of our products :):) We don't like to use BIG number just for fooling customers.

Wish you happy grow ;)

Hello guys,

I would like to inform that, winter is coming, some places will be really snowy, and winter is our "high-season" for sale, so if anyone would like to make order or need customized lights, please let me know earlier, our factory will be extremely busy in the next months, in order to get your light on time, it's better to make decision earlier :) PM me here or email our company : 420medical@mars-hydro.com

Hi BelianHaze,

In my opinion, it's genetic problem of this seed...:eek: But maybe you should keep growing, let's see what's gonna happen:D Who knows, maybe it will be a surprise!

I purchased one directly from you guys at marshydro.com and the other panel from Jeremy at buildasoil.

Hi eastcoastjoe, ahhh, I hope its not a fake one you got,:eek: cuz we sue them once we found out someone copy our products, so May I know where you purchased it and from whom?

A while ago we have found some copy lights selling on ebay with lower price, but after we exposured them, it's barely to see now. But I still have to remind all of you be careful to those copy lights.

Here i'm glad to make you know how to recognize the real one and the copy one.

1. Compare the size, the copy one may have a different size with us, so you can check it if same with ourMars-Hydrowebsite.

2. Logo, all our lights must have aMarsHydrologo, if not, so ma be a copy light.

Happy growing for all.:)

Hi eastcoastjoe,

If you purchase from a normal websites or shops, then no problem! Don’t worry :)

Sorry again about the heat problem, but it's true we didn't get many same feedbacks from other users. The workers in our factory are working really hard and cautious, but you know, made by human’s hand, it's impossible to ensure every unit has the same high quality, I believe no any company can promise 100% units have all same quality either:) But as what we said before, many reasons can cause heat, if it's really something wrong with our light, and this heat problem can influence your grow seriously, we will take this responsibility for sure, don’t forget we give 1 year warranty for our lights. :):)

But I guess you have resolved the heat issue, right?

No it's still pretty hot, at least 15 degree hotter than room temperature. Our weather is a little cooler outside but in tent it's still very hot. My room temperature is 68-72 F. Inside of tent still high 80s low 90s. When I harvest next week I plan to do a test and run one panel at a time to see if either one causes extreme heat. If that doesn't work maybe I can send them back for replacement panels ?

I watched a video of Jeremy of buildasoil last night. He runs a 1600w Mars2 in a 4x4 so it's identical to my footprint since I have 800w in a 2x4. He mentioned his panel makes virtually no heat so he is removing his extraction fan and replacing it with a small fan. After seeing that, I really think something is off with my panel(s). If I were to send them back, how long would it take to get new panels ? Also, would those panels be inspected and fixed or would I get two new panels ?

Thanks for staying in touch @MarsG , if this light didn't make much heat, I would probably buy 6 or 8 more and use them exclusively. Im Now hoping I did just get a faulty panel and maybe a new one would run cooler

are your tent fans at the top or the bottom of the tent.mPlease describe how your fans are placed exactly. And list the exact fan models you are using.

4 inch vortex fan, 170 cfm at the top of tent. 2 x 4 x 5 tent. No carbon filter hooked up to it. Also have another 4 inch vortex 170cfm intake at the bottom port of tent. Then there are two small Clip fans inside for air circulation. I know the intake seems useless but it runs a few degrees cooler with it versus without it @MrBelvedere

I usually just keep the soil moist for seedlings so i probably water 3 to 5 times a week but just enough to keep things moist.i just see your soil is so dry it cracked and that is not ideal for young plants.
