well I`m off the beaten path and not a lot of growers left out this way. They may deside to skip this area for richer ground, or put us on the end of the list. It`s still early and harvest is awhile away. Only problem is this year I`ll be running later because of the lights. I should miss the rippers as nothing will be near ready if they show up around harvest. That also leaves me being the only target left at the end of the season. And hey working a winter crop regardless of what happens with this one!!!

Dam I`ve already been outside three times thinking I hear choppers ! Nope just the diesel generator kind of sounds like a Huey. It`s a two cylinder engine made by Cummins I think in the 70`s?

Went to town and on the way back about 16 Popo in vests and armed with m-16`s and dogs were stopped along the road about 8 miles out from me. They were on the opposing ridge from my place so didn`t start the light tower or generator up when I got home. I think starting late wouldn`t hurt because the plants have been getting nearly 24 hours of light for days. I`ll give a while and start the light tower up a few hours and run it until dawn. I think 18-20 full hours of light cycle is better than 24 hours anyway. May be they were out inspecting the people who were given the 72 hour notices along the HWY?

Dam sitting having my coffee this morning and a Sherriff`s 4x4 drove by slowly , but didn`t stop. First time I`ve seen anything out this far except a Game Warden. It`s getting hot around here.

Spending the day spraying the plants with milk and water, Neem oil, Monterey BT and a little ivory soap mix. This covers mold , mites and cats. Getting the jump on it this year before I have any problems! Hope it doesn`t hurt the mantis I see out there! Shouldn`t.

Wow .. Be safe .. yeah I am always looking and Listening for choppers... lol but thankfully
don't see them much .. only once have i had a Chopper fly over ,since i started this(that I
know of anyway)only been 5 yrs since i started ,one year did'nt have a crop,so this is my
4th grow.. I know back in 2013 they cut the Marjuana Eradication Budget here to Like
25 grand.. LoL and at $ 2,500.00 an hour for the National guard chopper,not alot of
air time.. not including the man power cost's .. they have been focusing more on the Pills
Heroin, Ex (aka Molly), meth .. now that doesnt mean they wont bust you if they catch you..
but havent heard of many busts yet.. Some guys over in New york right on the Border were
busted with 200 plants.. also some idiot got busted here in VT becuse him and his GF or wife were fighting
and the cops came,and guess what they could Smell.. lol something like 50 plants in various stages..
that's how alot of people get Nabbed,Not being very Smart.. lol sending you the Best vibes, hope they

Got the water tank off the truck. Going to meet my son in town and get some lumber, he will help load it and be up tonight to work tomorrow some more on the Greenhouses. Also building an awning on the back of the office trailer to cover the wood splitter, fire wood and the Lister generator this Winter. I`ll also be doing some roof and seal stuff on the office trailer. I`ll do chores first then when I get back I`ll spray some more. Time to shut off the light tower again. think I`ll run it until around the 15-20th and shut it down for this grow. Plants should be large enough by then and I`ll need to not run to long into Fall or I won`t have time on my winter crop to flower before Spring days start getting to long for flower.

My son ended up coming up yesterday with his GF and stayed the night , working until around 4 pm before taking off. They nearly finished the insulating of the beds and all the insulation and plywood is cut and the plywood stained ready to place. His girlfriend also cleaned up my RV and they cleaned up the construction site pretty much. I watered and gave the girls some nitrogen and finished about half the spraying. I need more milk. the milk and water solution is the combat any mold while the neem oil and Monterey BT works on any bugs, I will fetch some water in the morning and need to use some of it to wash off the dust and pine pollen off the greenhouses. It`s cutting down the light that gets through the plastic and needs to be kept washed off. Plants are looking good and still growing. they slowed down a little because of the cool weather but it`s going to get back in the 90`s in a few days.

I got two loads of water but dumped 1500 gallons on the girls. They needed it. need to wash off the greenhouses, fetch more water and do a run to town and pick up some milk. Well there`s always tomorrow ! Oh and finish putting ther insulation on the beds! I really need to have more water and maybe clone myself a couple times.

Code Enforcement came and gave my friends up the road a $500. fine and they had them rip up their 9 plants. 9 plants...crazy as it gets! With 9 plants..not a cartel grow for sure!!! Code Enforcement said it was a fly over with a Cessna...said growing near a school bus stop!! How crazy is that! Fenced in..cameras...monkey5

Yep very crazy! Code enforcement said they are not pro-active, BS! they tagged a property just down the road from me yesterday, way out in the woods and only access is a 4x4 road with no other year round people but me living anywhere near.

Oh in order to get a warrant they need the address, description of the area to be searched, and it must be signed and dated by a judge. My property doesn`t have an address assigned to it as that requires a survey to be filed before they will issue an address. Bad is you can`t file for a building permit without an address. Puts them on the spot because without an address a warrant is not valid.

Good to know about the address thing for a warrant! Mine is in a shade house/with 30 percent shade cloth zip tied to chain link with a steel security door!! Camera by motion and behind locked fencing! Can not be seen from the air by Cessina by them! No one else has seen but my family members!! Lol.. East Coast style...So..they need a warrant for mine too! I say good luck to them!! So..I am all good! monkey5

Under state medical laws no problem. It`s the county land use laws that are a problem now. It`s only a fine situation but they are being aggressive in enforcement and way to many people have to pay the price. I think people should put the fine money into a trust account as well as provide for intrest and not pay the fines. they can`t take your land away until they have a controlling intrest in the property and that would take along time. You may have to pay intrest as well as the fine but for years they would have to run the code enforcement with public funds out of the budget or tax increases. Lets see just how dedicated the voters are in 2016 after the costs start building up. Any way Butte has no plant count and you can just flower smaller plants under lights taking them nearly into flower after two weeks veg. This way you could pull off 5- 150 sq. ft. grows a year. You might be trimming drying and taking cuttings for clones all in the same day! Also you can make a lot of seeds in a small area. still allow medical grows but to get any amount is much more work, effort and expense. I also think the anti pot people will not like the states views and hate the vote of the people in 2016 even more so.

Code enforcement came down the road today but didn`t stop. They came back up the road about an hour later followed by a sheriff's 4x4 , just drove by slowly with respect for the dusty conditions here. I stopped my watering and picked up on it later so as not to have any seen activity going on. I ended up soaking all the beds well and sprayed one more row with milk and water for possible mold, neem oil and a spot of Ivory soap for mites and Monterey BT for any cats. Lower two rows need tied up before I can spray them well. I need to do more trimming so I don`t get any pop corn buds taking away from the top growth and I still need to spray off the dust and pollen from the plastic greenhouse covers tomorrow. I`ll work on that and pick a few other things that need done, always something I haven`t got to.

How can I get this person to slow down on the dirt road? I put up signs asking people to go slow. everyone but one guy drives much slower now. If I put up speed bumps or ditches everyone would have to hit them and I don`t want to piss them off. It`s an un manetained county road.

I tried to get three loads of water today but the flow is so low from the spring I could only squeeze out two loads. I just got done doing a late watering. Ether than chores that`s all I`ve been able to get done and I started at 5am. It`s hot as Hell and I have to turn on the AC in the motorhome and take a break.

You can try having a nice talk and a smoke with him and explain how all that dust messes up all your stuff.
He just might not understand. Kindness can go a long way in this case.

Or he just might be a dick in that case you can start taking pot shots at him. lol not. Just a joke.
