if you can pull 3/4 lb off a tweny gal, what would you pull off 300 gallon smartie?

Cat named Mr Dank pulled 13 lbs of Burmese Kush off a 300 lb smartie. If you even look at the compassion websites in Oregon, some patients have 9 ft tall plants 8 ft around, what does that pull. I bet it pulls at least 2, and here we are again with that simple equation, if your patient has 6 plants at 2 or even 1.5 per plant, times 6, and nothing can go wrong, cause you are a pro. 9-12 lbs minus 1.5 for patient and if its as good as previously reported, some of those lbs go for 3-5K, don't they? So that leaves 7-10 lbs for your to get donation from, after the patient is took care of, do the math. And the yield goes down indoor, but you get more harvests, so it might not completely add up, but its close. For someone from the PNW, I'd figure you'd seen some of them monsters peeps grow here, both in greenhouses and not. Some claim out of the 200 gallons, the average is closer to -5-8 lbs per.

1k burning indoors is basically 6lbs a year, if your reasonably on your game and can bust out 4 flips per light per year, so a good rule of thumb for indoors is a 1k light per patient per year..even then that is almost two oz's a week, every week and your goin to be hard pressed to defend all your patients personal use at 2oz's a week...not many folks have a legit need for 96 oz's a year and even less reasonable people believe that when your in court or in front of the cops..no one grows for others to break even, you do it to make money..period

Outdoors 3-5lbs is more reasonable for your average grower..5-7 per plants for talented growers with decent genetics..7+ are crafty mofos on their game and is a very small percentage of folks..plus the exposure is a million times that of an indoor grow

That is still a "home based business" anybody doing this would be wise to start with the local county and city requirements and rules that govern that type of activity specifically..some city and county do not allow for it at all and some do with all kinds of restriction and registration requirements..even if you are just getting reimbursed for expenses it is still considered a home based business enterprise and subject to same rules and regulations as any other home based business is..be smart folks, sittin sucks

Oh yeah bro Big changes afoot. No more of that Med=med remuneration for me. We are planning to file 280e as a dispensary, HMMM HOME based filling as a grow. I will do some research. That's what this is all about for us. Legal beagles.

because no matter what they charge for oz, its still up to 3k per lb, right. And you never answered my question if you get 10 lbs extra per plant per patient, does at cover the 150 cost or are you gonna try to say its on top of that markup? An OMMP member can transfer cannabis to another OMMP member but can only charge for limited recovery costs. This transfer does not have to be between the grower and his patient it can occur between disassociated OMMP patients.
Bob. having zero business acumen is no excuse for failing to recognize the disparity in profits rendered from a standard business dividend payout and the profits rendered by a Patient who receives 10X their initial investment in 1 year time.
NO MATTER how you try to slice it to fit your skewed interpretation of reality, it just aint flyin.

In Oregon there is a guideline regarding Remuneration involving Med to med cannabis transfers. It states that a grower can only charge for the expenses directly related to Growing the plant. No charge can be applied for time or effort. $150 is what itc ost on paper. Thats my story and I am stickin to it.

I don't charge the 4 people I grow for a damn thing .. they all are fully stocked on whatever their needs may be at a zero charge , from terminal cancer patients requiring 90 grams a month (minimum requirement) of cannabis oil plus 2 oz's a month to smoke, down to people that just need 2oz's a month to smoke .. getting a 15% return making the oil .. add it up ..uses up some weight right quick !

Im not in it to grow for free, anyone that says they are - im calling BULLSHIT!! LoL .. their is the 1% of growers that don't care to make any profit from growing . but the 99% are about gettn paid !! and I am able to take care of my family and patients the way I do by putting AAA+ meds out at a reimbursement cost $125 oz .. for the strains I grow , thats a deal .. and fuck a dispensary !! non-profit my ass , lol .. Im better off putting into a patients hands to off to other patients at $150 an oz .. less mark up

I have a patient card and grow for three other patients who are all friends that I do not charge but do help with garden and trimming. I have had five different varieties tested and plan to take to a dispensary for the March 3 change in Oregon law.

The city council has declared the city a " no dispensary zone". The state is scrambling to try to come up with a solution.

Maybe I will go to jail. Oh well, .....I want to say I was there on the first day.
I am keeping all my receipts and plan on paying taxes on any profit. I am "small change" compared to a lot of big growers and Google Earth shows off my grow to anyone who cars to look. I am going for it.
