RDWC for now. WIll probably convert to aero in the future, or a combination... but I had no time to fuck around this round.

For sure, it would make no sense to fuck around with a re coop run and switch your style "just because you can". Congrats on the room and I hope it brings you many healthy harvests. I am looking forward to some root porn and some fucking beastly trees.

Oh, and food for thought, you just built the coolest water park and slides for your bennies. They are all getting on their floaties, grabbing their pool noodles, and getting ready for some fun :)

Wow! Nothing but the best of the best here you will defiantly be pushing the limits with that being said i wonder if your system would benefit from a oxy fertigation system. it would be interesting to see your DO levels going in and coming out.

What is an oxy fertigation system? Fertigation is when you are adding nutes to your water, so most hydro if not all is fertigated.

Directly injecting oxygen to the water supply. I have seen it on some large scale green houses. some crops showed 15-20% increase in fruit.

Running from what DO to what DO% ? If you are running a saturated Oxygen level I would like to see how they get 20% more,I would be all over it. I played a lot with DO levels. I believe you hit a point of no return, that is not hard to hit. JK

I have to say I design a little different then others. I would have never come up with this design by myself. I have my runs in a straight line.On the end of each of my lines every 2-3 cycles I will run a cylinder honer thru each run and drain lines.
Day one of harvest after the feed sys has shut down I add enzymes to tanks, rez.Day 3 drain and fill with a greenhouse sterilizer. day 4 the guys scrub down everything, day 5 spray H peroxide with foamer, flush and let up rez with rooting nutes and bennies. Run overnight. Next day move in next cycle. One reason I like to make two sets of tanks. You can remove a plant/tank and plug another one in in about 30 min. No stress to the plant. I can mold in some nice casters into the tank to roll around so my back does not hurt that much.
Day three and after I run after 3 cycles on a norm. Otherwise I run the enzymes next day spray down the tanks with the peroxide wait 2 hours rinse, it takes about 2 hours more to prepare bennies nutes ect . Add plants while sys running so I can make sure drip and aero are where they need to be and flowing correctly.

Tip on plumbing pvc #232. Make sure your fitting have seated all the way. That little gap creates a spot have to attack and easy to defend.

I run venturis, no air stones. From the venturi vacuum port I connect a "T", then from one side of that an oxygen tank on a 15 on 15 off timer. That way I'm getting oxygen 24/7 and a BOOST 12/7. Works good for me, not saying the oxygen is a ticket to success. But worth a second look for sure

It is in my 3000 series. I used these for aero but redid it for Cap somewhat customized. In my mind I refer it to the Cap model rather then disignate a number, I'll come up with one soon as I would not want him to carry the burden or maybe go to his head.
I just decided it will be on my computer as GM 3069-a for a little aero modification. Otherwise I will in my mind put the burden on him and refer it to myself as the Cap Model. JK

This article I hope someone reads and follows. It could show someone one of the reasons why my designs work.
I have a lot of articles on DO. This is showing O at root level. Something my designs kicks other's ass on. Poor designed experiment with only using one medium. I am sure they are right, it would have been better for them to have proved it. Maybe the instant coffee by product caused this. It the tables were they show the diagram how it was laid out I would like to have seen changed a bit. I would have added probes downstream of the influx. I would like a pH probe and a ppm probe there. I found to much (of what I can not prove but too much O I think locks something out of my nutes) of what I do adding a lot of O hurts my plants. I have not isolated the problem. I had a therery once if I injected O into water under pressure I could move enough O around to oxidate any problem arising.
Thanks for posting that article.

After I reread that it sounded as I had something to do with Caps honeycomb design. I had nothing to do with it. Its all his sink or swim. I think it will produce just too much work for me. I am old and feeble and prefer ease of growth rather then maximizing it. JK

LOL. Thanks buddy.

WHen you come up next time you can see it in full swing. I don't think it will be that much work. I have aisles you just cant see them in the pics, but it's really very comfortable to get around. FOr now.

That info i wasn't privy to. I was just thinking out loud since DO levels are rarely mentioned. And with a high end system like this I just figured the giant roots and bennies would be sucking up lots of O thats why I wonder what the DO levels would be going in and coming out would be. Anything less than 9 ppm I would think your leaving weight on the table. Anyways Cap keep up the amazing work this is probably one of the best setups I ever seen.

If ran correctly I do not see that as a problem. Between my rez getting burbed with a regen and 3 air ports in each tank,I think I have that covered. The main problem with my tank designs is the price to put together, not how they work. JK
