Those Thai stick plants got culled after a long wait cos they refused to flower, even on 10.5 hrs light.
There are all kinds of things you can do to cause plants to finish, I've experimented with a few of them and my conclusion is that some plants just won't mature indoors, not sure why, this UVA finishing lamp is interesting, I reckon it's just a standard HPS but with a different type of quartz envelope that lets through more UV as the standard quartz glass envelopes block UV.
To be honest, I think the best thing to do is to leave those plants to the outdoor folks and only work with hybrids of them indoors, or perhaps it is better to avoid using them at all and focus on ones that will mature fine indoors like this HOG. 13-14 weeks is not long at all really for a wild sativa and she does finish properly. I am seeing some minor growth spurts on her that indicate fresh bud growth, if it continues I shall drop the light regime to 11/13 till she finishes.
