How close do you hang the new LEDs? My mini sunbursts can be less then a foot away without burning.Yup, LD is right. They have come a very long way with LEDs in the past 10 years. A lot of factors come into play here, but usually I do just fine with my LEDs compared to MH/HPS lights, they just have to be a lot closer to the plants, usually. However I personally have yet to see an LED that can compare to a nice Double Ended bulb like Gavitas.. Those things are just monsters. I'm sure there's LEDs out there that compare, I just haven't personally seen one.

It should say. Low bin samsung diodes and bottom of the line supplemental reds and purposely underpowered compared to the competition but costs more than its chinese competitors.

IDK prolly 2 feet or so, I go by lumens so right now there getting around 30k @ i would say 2 feet with 50-75% intensity, hard to say with these fuckin mars lights..

Yeah, it depends on the light output. I mean I have some older MARS lights that I can literally hang directly above the plant, almost touching, and doesn't burn the leaves at all.

Yeah these are the old blurple ones. Bought like 40 of them back in the day. Only 15 of them still work 100%, the rest have issues.
