I watched the end of your thread and the only time I seen plants do that is when the ground/soil is to wet. We had a lot of rain until fall in Michigan. Did you have any plants in pots and do the same?
Growing in the same location/ground year after year is asking for problems also. Something for you to think about.

Hope the new 25% tax won't discourage another crop next year.
It's gonna be a kick in the gut for many.

And about the pots instead of ground, I did that and avoided the verticillium in the soil. But the Septoria ruined most.
Next year I'm going with mostly Autos and a few photos. If I have to spray them every week, I can't grow too many monsters.
