I didn't even know I was doing it wrong haha. I'm used to taking the smallest cuts possible to prevent diseases spreading in the garden. So like when you take cuts from fruits bushes or flowering trees etc. I just take any of the tiny stuff that isn't getting light anyway. Seems like the more starved and low on the plant they are the faster they'll root up. Just snipped these and stuck em in coco last night. Guess they're pretty small ha

Also never bought into the "special needs" of clones. I like the idea of a myth-busted thread haha.
I know they go faster if you treat them to a humid dome and special showers of love. But I'm not growing for producing clones so I just throw 10-20 cuts into medium once in a while and get ~75% going. So here are some I did just like that 3 weeks ago, moved them into solos when roots go out the bottom of the rooting tray last weekend.

Thats in CO with 20-30% humidity and 59-65f, but with a heat mat for the root tray in the winter.
I'll be back and go for smaller next time!
