Mini Split A/c Units...help!

Hey all!

Looking to get a mini split a/c unit. Trying to figure out how much BTU's I need. Any input would be great! Here's my grow room specs....

12x14x10 room size
6x1000w
1140 CFM intake fan
1400 CFM outtake fan (scrubber is a bit less CFM, like 1200)

Room is fully insulated/sheet rocked. I expect outside Temps to hit 90-100 this summer. Plus in an attic setting, so those Temps will spike a bit. I will have window fans pulling hot air out of the attic, at least try too pull what I can.

Probably going to run my off cycle during day to decrease heat.
