Also grow if your running regs if you want a higher ratio of females veg under a blue spectrum for 18/6.
obviously hps IS stronger than a cfl and will give you tighter nodes but u can veg under cfl.most people do.
heres a wee snap of all my seedlings under a single 125w blue cfl and my flower plants that were all vegged under cfl.plus its cheaper on electricityView attachment 549460 View attachment 549461not the best pics but you get the idea.
