Nice experiment MWD

Personally I love using peat in my soil mix
I've made soil mix's from peat and coco in the past,in my garden the peat based mix's always out perform the coco based mix's.

Keep up the good work MWD!

The more i grow the more organic i become with just as good results and better taste. Maybe even simpler overall as well just more thought process. The next run will include a simplic-t nute pack and just simple water and tea employed. Thanks for stopping by waayne really appreciate the compliments coming from such a tremendously well respected grower.

Is it the 'advanced' sunshine mix? I know we had a discussion about coco beds but my sunshine bed is also noticeably better then all my other beds (roots organic and FFOF).

I will have a look later but i believe it was just their basic one and not the aggregate plus or any of that biz. Realy wild that the tester is killing the competition.

Our original mix of the 80's was peat moss,spagnum moss,course sand,fine sand,black dirt,and we added silica in the form of zeolite,dolomite,lime and watered it with commercial grade African violet ferts,all the way through grow and bud.
We had very fine results,hand watered under 400 watts in a toilet cubicle.

I like this. African violet ferts. Awesome.. I'm digging the sand mix. No pun. I bet that's a great combo for a heavy afghan. I'd like to try a variation Of that on this indiana bbg. I think it could run nicely on it IMO.

Hey MWD,I used this mix with the Mullem Madness indoors when I was starting out,and the taste of the end product was excellent,always.Buds took 16 weeks to finish,1 bud filled a large bici tin! Plants were 2 foot tall,quarter of a pound each.

Day 17. Almost done stretching and starting to see some frost appear. Cleaning out the undergrowth and sucker shoots over the next 3 days and will be looking back through every few days until week 5. Cookies. I will leave nearly all.

Feeding everyday 3-4 gallons per bed and letting the res kinda fluctuate ph between 5.3-6.3 for uptake of all minerals. Overall im happy but learned many things so far. Hope people are having a good weekend i am.

Thanks mayne. Its ragin nicely. Cant wait for the next few weeks.. The last pic is of the forum cut a nice branch off of one of the behemoths in 7 gals. Nipple high girl crack cookies, getting that stank right outta here.
