i like to leave a little extra room on the top of the cup because some develop a long stem and adding soil later helps to hold them up.

they grow up fast, hah.. about a hour after the first photo.. now the others have to pop up. looks like these will only be 10 days maybe ahead of the 15th starting date for cup challenge, im gonna toss two stargate og seeds and let them do there thing in the corners.. overall goal to get clones.. but im just gonna play along unofficially.. once i learn to grow then i will participate.. or if they have dead plant award i could go for the gusto!
i ordered one of these today:
Titan Controls Mercury 4 Multi Mode Fan Speed Controller Safety Activation
thanks @rmoltis for the recommendation..
i think im gonna let them keep drying out, and leave the plastic bag dome off for tonight, and check in the morning if they need water.
then tomorrow i have to go be a human, and go to a medieval fair thing.
ill take my phone who knows maybe something worth taking a photo of.. im
gonna be sure to be ripped so i can trip on all the people dressed up in period dress. hah
smoking some master kush distrib herb.. i like the kush flavor and smell but this is not a master of none. its like they broke half the thc off the damn flower on the way to market. hah
i hear the hollywood master kush is the bomb tho.
chris.
anyone wanna bet if the first one to pop will be a male? hah.. that would be my luck.. i know they suppose to grow faster so in theory get above the girls to blast them with his seed.
its a good buy! I went with it, but switched in mid delivery, and got a autopilot.. Its my 3rd best buy! After my system and my meter... but rmol is right, its the first step to controlling the environment! No problem brother.
Compared to a straight fan controller it's costs a little more for the mercury 4.
The amount of extra controllable options makes it a great entry level fan controller.
Titan controls is a reliable and known brand. They make great equipment.
They have quite a range of products with slight variations for each different application.
I like how I can set a temp point and if my furnace kicks on the fan ramps up to maintain a good temp.
And if it gets cold in the house it powers down to idle.
If I had a manual fan speed controller I would have to adjust my fan speed daily based on varying weather and home conditions. It has a temp probe that allows it to reacts to the environment. Which is nice.
Got one for both of my tents.
 Its always good for a laughLegendary photo:)
I have the same pen. Slide the button on the top to the left and submerg the bulb in your solution. Read the number on screen. When you're done rinse the bottom and put back in the cap with a small amount of ph pen storage solution.SC hooked me up. not learn how to use it yet. eyes still not 100 percent so not even tried to look at the instructions.. lots of glare.. getting old, joys. hah
thats the last of the hash, pout! heh.
ill need bubble bags for sure yo.. :D
lets get high. hope everyone is having a great day.. im just glad im not depressed today.
will i need to by extra storage solution.. i notice it came with two packages of the stuff. which i figure would dry out quick once open. Its always good for a laugh

good job brother on making the right thing a priority! And good job incogneato for making sure he has what he needs. You know,,, how important the meter is...
Without a doubt Zan. Good pH is critical. Jipp has a little more buffer in soil than i do in coco but its still a top prioritygood job brother on making the right thing a priority! And good job incogneato for making sure he has what he needs. You know,,, how important the meter is...

Wisher explained to me that its about the amendmants you put in the soil and the teas you feed all do the work for you.. I listen :)I don't run coco but you really wanna know?
And some nutes ph themselves if i remember correctlyWisher explained to me that its about the amendmants you put in the soil and the teas you feed all do the work for you.. I listen :)

Well i ran a system with nothing to protect it in it... We both are kinda risk takers.. Maybe we got lucky :)This whole run from seed to now.
I tried something different.
No aerated teas.
No dissolved oxygen.
No soil amendments lol.
I mixed my nutes right before feed.
Then without ph adjusting fed my ladies.
The nutrient solution is around ph 3.9 to 4.
Straight water (ph7) between feeds in flower.
I've got to go against the mainstream just to see what happens.

Fair enough R but if I'm giving advice to a new grower I would say ph is a good idea lol. It eliminates that as a potential problem anyway. This whole run from seed to now.
