I had same problem with mine bottem leaves started to yellow .so I know it sounds rough but I used 600ml of water to 100ml of my urine and foliar sprayed the underneath of leaves and within a day or so it worked might be worth a shot

Well I am still nervous about these plants not knowing if they are over or under watered in the new pots. Its not like I can use the lift the pot method with them in these larger pots. I have until Friday night to have them stabilized and then I will be gone for 4 days and have someone who can stop by once to check on them.

I think I botched my attempt at Fim and now have leaves are growing with just funky cut off leaf.

I swear I don't remember being this anxious over my own children.

Chris, Either getting a roomate or a wheel chair, walker or one of those scooters possibly could help. If I lived close I would come water them but we might both over water them. I like that can @DrMcSkunkins posted the link to.

DrMcSkunkins, Thanks for stopping in. As you can see I have moved them to bigger pots now to see if I survive the gamble. They didn't all look so great this morning but I must have made the right guesses. I wish I would have found better pics on the Fim technique I'm wondering now if I should top the plant right below on a couple rather than have the leaf deform (unless its normal)?

@BarnaGoat @EventHorizan @rmoltis @jumpincactus @Moto @justiceman @mandalaman If you have successfully used the FIM method can you give me some pointers. I could also use pointers or tips on judging when to water with these bigger pots I would appreciate it. Post here or in a conversation would be great too.

While I have a bunch of talent tagged I have FoxFarms Dirty Dozen, Dolomite lime (Seems to be low in my soil)
I have a bag of Bat guano, and Worm Casting. Is there a way to make a tea up from this? I have a bubbler and small stone. These plants have not had over 334ppm thus far and now in bigger pots and The plants being larger, What should I be feeding them next ?

One last thing what would you do with the plant in the last 2 pics I tried to FIM ?
I'm going to be out of town for a long weekend and don't want them to be in bad shape when I return

Thank You Everyone

I either worry in the morning or worry at night.. LOL Tonight I will sleep better

looks fine bro! let her grow.. water the day you leave real good and they will be fine when you return..( as long as your temps and rh are decent!!!)
As for the tea, you need you a root pack from ogbiowar, and some molasses and you are golden!

btw i dont fim, i top and usually i top down a node, maybe 2 depending how well my bottom branching is.. I usually wait till about 7 nodes, and top down right above the 3rd or 4th node depending on height of bottom branching so as to even canopy... I wait a week(prob 10 to 14 days in soil). and i top all them tops, wait a week to 2 weeks, and flip....
Then if the are getting to tall in stretch, i will supercrop them about day 10.... and let them ride from there...

your exactly right!
All bs aside, i know exactly what and how i want my plants and canopy to grow... I havent mastered it yet, but im trying,,,, when i have rows like corn then i will be stoked,,,
here is no scrog, just topped 3 times and the last time i topped it down 4 nodes! Cause it was to tall and i knew i was gonna have problems so i topped it down... best decision i ever made!

Thank you @EventHorizan . Seems like I am going to have to tag more people to find more opinions or people with time to comment. I'm trying hard to get a good harvest without killing anything. Pictures others take are the only plants I have ever saw. Heck in the last 35 years I haven't smoked but maybe 1/4 oz. But with cutting the prescribed meds I will be smoking. I appreciate your help even though were not in the same medium.

how long and for how many plants will that root pack last. It seems like it could get expensive.

Picture dump 5 different strains. The tallest is the Stretchy Blue Dream 18 inches, it also has the biggest leaf.
I few are showing a little droop but they had just been sprayed from the bottom pulling them down. The shortest (12") is G13 labs C99 it had some problems early and then started growing bushy.

They have not had much for added nutrients but I would like to give them a good dose Friday night before I leave for a long weekend. I am trying to let dry up enough to give them a full watering then.

Approximately how much water should a 4-5 gallon pot take ?

@jipp, perlite makes it drains faster, I would think that would mean the more perlite the less water the pot would hold. I wish I knew exactly the make up of this stuff I have. Maybe if I spread some out and take a picture someone will chime in on what they think. I am sure its a mix. These plants have never had enough water to make more then an ounce of run off. Which only gave me 48 hours at best in those 6" pots.

I will post this in another Section as well but For @EventHorizan and anyone else. I ask what I should do for nutrients and micros but Did not give a true Description of what I have on hand. My Fault. This is what I have on hand. Only thing that has shown up is color change in a few leaves pointing to possible Nitrogen and maybe Magnesium. 340ppm is the most they have had
Plants are 5-6 weeks from sprout
Epsom Salt
Dolomite Lime

Fox Farms Line up (listed in the order of feed schedule and Pictures of each ones content in that order as well)
Big Bloom
Grow Big
Flowers Kiss
Boomerang
Kangaroots
Microbe Brew

For you Physicians Stoners, Farmers and insomniacs who may read this...:)

The plants are looking fantastic. All praying with new growth. I have not given them water yet except when transplanted in to the 4 & 5 gallon pots. They will be watered tomorrow. Still torn on what I am going to give them, PHed water only or half strength nutes Tallest is 20" other are a little shorter but bushier. All are at least 6 weeks old. What would you Farmers give them if they were yours? How much water should a plant take in a pot that size if roots are taking up only 30 - 35% of soil. Educated guesses are great, I am looking for not solid answers.

I will be heading to Vegas Saturday morning and will not be back until Tuesday night. So I am leaning towards 1/2 strength nutes and then having them given just PHed water if needed Monday or Tuesday morning. I have been lucky so far with my watering but I now realize that even though I know they need water tomorrow I don't really know how much water. I have never watered them past a few drops run off in the smaller pots and those pots were full of roots.

Doing all I can before I leave because I know once I am gone there will be nothing I can do until midnight Tuesday.

Overall they look great the Blue Dream (tallest plant) might have an issue with something or it might be caused by growing fast. but the growth other than large dark green fan leafs is lighter than anything else in the grow. Any ideas?

In other News... First Cut has shown roots

@EventHorizan brother I know you help when and wherever you can. Even though your not in soil trust me when I say I have learned from your words anyway. A lot of my post only get likes and no advice but I post anyway because the process lets me think it through to my own best guess at times. I understand some people don't want to tell the new guy something only to have the new guy leave out info or misunderstand and kill the plants.

Even when in the same medium only the person looking over his grow knows the whole picture so others answers can still be a SWAG (Sophisticated Wild Ass Guess) So I try to process the reply's with what I know or can use logic to reason with. In the end it will be my SWAG and the plants will live or die with it.

I also know just because it says Well-Known Farmer under their name does not mean they have the answers. Because it says that under my name as well.

I thought while in Nevada I was going to check out the dispensaries but even though Nevada is recreation legal as of the new year the Dispensaries for it wont be legal until June

Hope your doing well

@Broken I'm in a 5 litre pot which is one below yours I think and what I do is I syringe in enough around the centre to get it wet where roots are after transplant then I water as normal to get 10 percent run off everywhere else and from what I have been told it encourages roots to source the water and I do it every 4-5 days when top looks dry and pot feels light. (I'm using biobizz allmix)
Nute wise I started with quarter strength on second week after transplant to see how my lady reacted and took it from there .
That's all I got to go on really (first time grower)

Thank for your input.
Do you have an idea how much water that is total?
