Is there anything I can do to help my plant start growing again the only thing growing is the buds and I was hoping to get it taller or bushier

easy on watering, i can see the effects of over watering or medium too wet for too long.Thank you and ya I guess so I had the clone shipped to me and it's been stunted eversince I have a few more coming I hope they get a bit taller
