Absolutely stunning man 🤩 I’m late to the party, but really happy I was able to stumble upon you! You’ve got a great green thumb and I’ll be tagging along 👊
Thank you my friend 😍 ! Late to this party is the best kind of party to be late to lol, 5 days until chop, so its about to get real exciting! This place has made my return to the hobby a lot smoother and enjoyable, it has made the swaps in methods much smoother for me too. Sometimes it feels like all my time growing in coco was wasted lol Soil is so different, but, its so much better and I am never going back. Running 3 tents all in coco was too much work 🤣 Soil is my homie now! If it wasnt for this place I have doubts I would have gotten this far, as I stumped myself a number of times and people came into my thread and set me right 👼😇👼 bless you guys and girls<3.

Don't you know it 😍 I am still surprised how cool these LEDs run, WAY different to HPS, makes controlling environment MUCH easier, I haven't even had to attach my ducting to the A/C yet, all I have to do is turn it on in the lung room. So far I only have to run my A/C for a littler under the 2nd half of the day to keep my temps between 20-21 constantly (from 2 PM to 6PM), and I am hoping this results in some really flavourful buds.

Heat makes a big difference! I can tell you that I dont expect my summer grows to be as tasty because of the heat. I use low end LEDs with no AC so it gets quite hot! Those terpenes dissapear! I try to give them 1 or 2 days of darkness before harvest in the summer so they can recover terpenes without losing them again because of the light and heat. Some people say it doesnt work but I always heard it from people with AC which now that I think about it makes sense 😂

Week 2, day 10 of veg

The Kir Royale's dried out after just 2 and a half days. They were all starting to droop, and it was time time to transplant. I added kelp, rhizo and micro/enzyme to the water that I mixed up in preparation. I cleaned 8 x 4.5 litre pots and saucers. These pictures were taken about 20 hours later when they got over being re-homed but I assure you, they were very upset yesterday 🤣 I think they really needed this transplant.

I poured the new soil into a tub and broke it all up, then scooped out 10 pots worth of soil into a new container. Then I mixed in 1 tablespoon of top dress & 1 teaspoon mineral composite per pot, then mixed it up thoroughly. Then I transplanted, and I watered. Their roots were bright white. But I accidentally clipped the very tip of a leaf off after lifting a pot when the leaf was under my thumb, and I am very upset about it.
100 1233

As you can see, whilst transplanting them they got a little messy. They didn't want to come out of their pots, and coaxing them out caused some dirt to come loose and land all over the plant. I didn't realise this until I just checked the pictures. I am going to spray my plants with a natural insecticidal soap to get the dirt off them as an IPM treatment for the plants as a preventative, but I wont do this for another few days. Its just dirt so it can wait.
100 1236

You can see the dirt from flipping them upside down much better in this picture, look at under the top leaves, I am such a grub. I am usually so clean, but I was so tired I didn't even check before I left the room. I promise Ill clean this in a day or so, again, I just don't want to spray them so soon after they have been watered to saturation. I might even get a fan, and see if I can hold it in a certain way to blow all the dirt off?
100 1234

Whilst they were all temporarily out of the veg tent I gave the tent a clean as is tradition.

Theyre looking great, not overly stressed after the transplant. Good job! About the dirt... happens hahaha, I usually shake it off and if theyre dusty I spray them with water. Maybe with soap is better yes, will drag more dust particles. Potassic soap or phopshoric soap? Everyone recommends potassic soap over phosphoric soap and I dont know exactly why. Maybe less likely to overfeed the plant?

No worries I’ve snapped main cola stems in half and tied a chopstick to em and they didn’t miss a beat,

Tis but a scratch!

I wish I had of taken a picture yesterday. They were VERY upset with me. But this morning they were happy as can be.

I'm not sure exactly, its just what the store owner told me 🤣 . The bottle I have is "PureCrop1", and he said this is a popular IPM treatment and plant cleaner, said something about soap as well. I have some done research on its use and I have found that it is best to spray your plants just before lights out. I figure I might as well kill 2 birds with 1 stone, and clean my seedlings and give them an IPM treatment at the same time.

🤣 I was quite surprised to see them so happy this morning, but it was a welcome surprise. Hardy plants!!!!

They were dry after 3 and a half days again, so they got rhizo and micro/enzyme. This is the 3 x Grifters last water they will receive.

Week 9, end of grow.

🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡

I carefully removed the trellis net with no damage to the buds. Its been a beautiful ride, and I have learnt a lot from you guys and girls. This grow taught me some important lessons that I wont forget. I will probably start a new Grow Diary soon, as my "Return" has now ended, and I am officially back at it. I cant thank you all enough 😍

Week 2, day 13 of veg.
The Kir Royales have really bounced back, and they are charging forward. After being transplanted and having their soil charged they started praying more, so I am going to watch them over the next day or 2, and probably increase the LED by 10% tomorrow. Right now it is still on 150w.

I've seen you before! @HerbalEdu hey man check it out, we got another one 😛 remember the Grifters had 1 plant with a strange growth and I culled it a little early? This time I am going to let it grow to see what it does.

had one of those tiny shoots come out on a illy bean years ago, left it after i harvested, it never developed once it poped up, did nothing in flower. Took well over a month under 18/6, but eventually it started to grow again. But then i threw the root ball out because that cut of jilly bean was pretty meh lol. Was just curious if it would work, and it does... Eventually.

I see em from time to time but usually pluck em off lol. Idk why, but i do.

I cut each plant in half to dry, and didn't defoliate or anything. I put their pots around the intake duct to help dry the soil out, and I will decide what to do with it later. I turned the exhaust and intake to the lowest setting possible, and I turned the light off. Almost like fate my local humidity is starting to rise as of this morning, already at 50% in my lung room, so instead of turning on the dehumidifier I am letting it rise. I will worry about it if it gets over 60%.

🤣 🤣 Now that you put it like that Chucky I do feel silly 🤣 a little dirt wont hurt you're right.

Thanks man I appreciate the kind words 😍 was a really good day today! I have plenty of bud already which is great news, and I have another ounce arriving in 4 days, so these girls???? They get the slow-dry treatment 👼👼👼 .

how different they were 👀 at the day of cut
I wonder which one from four will be your favourite smoke 😍
I will miss this grow 🤟😉 good that Kirs are growing

Happy Drying 😆

Thats... Actually a good idea. You just gave me a good idea! Will post again in a second.
I wonder which one from four will be your favourite smoke 😍
I am anxious to find out myself! The left plant looks like its going to be my morning smoke 😍 which usually means my favourite as I am very cranky in the mornings 🤣 it looks less frosty and smells much sweeter, and will chill me out. She is also pretty well stacked, produced more than I thought she would on her lowers. The other 2 must be a similar pheno, they smell much more GASSY and very similar. The right plant is the stinkiest and the frostiest, but after sticking buds in my nose all morning, the yellow monster was definitely a different pheno, she is really sweet smelling and less in-your-face.
I will miss this grow 🤟😉 good that Kirs are growing
Me too, and you were here all the way from the beginning! The Kir Royales will lead my new thread into a new dawn 😁 . I will start it next time I update my Kir Royales, and I will post here with the link.

Love it 😍

you see
left one- yellow monster- looks like morning smoke
one in the front looks like one for lazy movie session on the sofa with ice cream
and right one looks like good weed to smoke with friends and talk
😆
