Yeah i heard the same thing about the plant, I'm right around richmond. They are charging like a 2 dollar surcharge of some shit , but it's 31 dollars a 20lber right now. Your indeed right tho my friend , always something.@420gangsta - must be nice in your area of VA to only pay $30 for a 20lb. I've been getting the fist for refills at north of $43 over here on the eastside. Something about a co2 plant in the south being fouled or some other excuse...adding shitloads of surcharges. It came down by $3 on the last refill but damn.
