Does it cross the tent to be extracted? I noticed your duct was inside the tent. Not optimal for venting. Better to have it mounted up top and extract from the hole in the roof. Roof exhaust removes hottest air in tent.

this is messed up. my 4x4 lung room runs 10 % rh below my target and if I shut off my humidifier i can match the outside temp and humidity in a minute. if you have a lung room at 45 and you have a single entry into the tent that crosses the tent and gets mixed with sweep fans it should be able to match the outside humidity.

what size is the tent and what size is the extraction system in inches. bonus points if you can find the cfm on the fan

Great Advice @JIMKSI64 !

I will second your using the roof porthole as your exhaust vent. I have a 5 x 5 and run 6" flex duct from the roof porthole to my AC Infinity T6 Fan that is mounted on top of the tent then out through a louvered dryer duct I setup with the double paned window for stealth.

Fan and exhaust

I also mounted the filter inside the tent to keep my nosy neighbors from getting even the smallest whiff of flower.

Ok so you have a lung room ( outside ) at 45% and at stage 10 it is howling like a lost soul in the full moon and you are at 59%

We have identified the enemy!
First ensure that at setting 10 the duct exiting the tent should be pushing some rushing air. I suppose you have the fan on the inside of the tent and the duct running outside?
next step is to make sure your app did not come with the calibration moved from zero. This actually should not be possible in fact open the tent and let the air fall out. In 5 minutes your outside and inside temp and humidity should be much closer.
What i noticed in my box vlose zo the top there is a hole for cables or somrzhing i didnt have it closed soo mostly the fan did the top part air exchange bottom was not that much done
